Super value
This UV filter is super value for money compared to premium brand filters. If you just want a filter to protect your lens while barely affecting light then this is as cheap as you'll get for a decent quality filter. The screw fitting is smooth. The cap is made from slightly plastic than premium brands, but works fine.

Perfect protection for your lens investment
Although camera technology has moved on in recent years and UV lens filters are not perhaps as essential as they once were, they still offer benefits. Even if just as a first line of defence for your valuable lens, I'd much rather sacrifice a filter than a lens worth hundreds or even thousands of pounds. This K&F UV filter feels of good quality and comes complete with a lens cap and wrist strap. I went for the 82mm size to use with my Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 Sport lens as I take a lot of motorsport photography were it is not uncommon to find bits of stones and gravel flying towards you, especially if you're stood in the firing line at a rally stage, therefore having a filter on is an excellent way to ensure your lens is protected.I had no issues threading it onto my lens and both the included lens cap and my original Sigma lens cap fit the filter just fine.

Feel this is a good filter for those starting off in photography
This UV lens filter is simple enough. I am not a professional photographer, so my standards are not going to be as high in terms what is acceptable. For me, I do not find that this lens filter distorts my photos, nor does it add any light diffraction to my shot. I tried this filter on both my standard 17mm-50mm lens as well as zoomed on my 400mm. Comparing shots, I do not see any major differences between the two (with filter and without).I would have liked this filter more if it came with a better case instead of a plastic square container that does not even close up tight. Other K+F lens filters I have came with a round case that was the size of the filter. It also closed up tight around the lens. Of course, the other filters I have are not at this price point ($20 at the time of this review), so it is probably also a “you get what you pay for” situation.Overall, as I had mentioned, I am not a professional photographer, so I am not as picky with the results as some others might be. Seeing that there is not a lot of visible differences with my shots between having the filter or not, I think this is a good level filter to have if you are starting off. They are on the affordable side and will let you get your feet wet.

Good UV filter, lens cap is ok
I own quite a few filters (UV, ND & CPL) and other products from K&F. This UV filter came in a square plastic case with a lens cap and lens keeper. The filter was clean out of the box. I got this filter for my Nikon 20mm f2.8D lens. So far, I was using the lens without a filter but got one to protect the lens front element when shooting outdoors. Both the K&F or the OEM lens cap fits well over the filter.I do not use a filter when shooting indoors. Even outdoors, I tend to use one when shooting in dusty environments and only on lenses that do not have a hood. It is a piece of extra glass that we put over the lens, it will have some minor imperfections which may be visible if one is a pixel peeper. This filter is good, I did not notice any degradation in image quality on pictures I have shot so far. Even though I do not use it indoors, I took some pictures to test, and did not notice any differences with or without a filter. The lens cap is ok but not as good as the OEM cap. The pinch is not deep and does not provide a good grip. The lens cap keeper is a waste, I cannot tighten it over the lens barrel and so won’t be using it.For $10.99, nothing to complain about, this is a good filter with lens cap, helps protect the lens against dust, scratches and fingerprints.
