Neat and cheap
Whilst I don't have LED light for my hydroponics set up, I do have tube lighting, and until now I didn't have a sensible way to raise and lower.A very simple pulley systems, well enough made to handle the weight required and pretty reasonably priced.

Good quality hangers
I have a couple of pairs of these for hanging my grow lights in the grow tent. They're strong, secure, easily adjustable and I trust them hanging the lights.
