Bought as direct replacement for a faulty Samsung TV remote as original remote is now knackered.Saw this remote advertised on Amazon, read the reviews and took a punt.Remote arrived quickly from Seller with adequate protection in a padded Jiffy envelope, remote was wrapped in plastic wrapping.No batteries are supplied with this remote.Popped a couple of Duracell AAA batteries and pointed remote at TV and hey presto IT Works.All functions seem to work and am very happy with product and comes with 1 year warranty and a fraction of the price of an original Samsung TV remote control unit.Hopefully it will last so we will wait and see.thanks

Needed a replacement tv remote after accidentally putting the old one in the washing machine. Found this one which was a very good price and fast delivery. Very impressed with the product, as I had the old remote for a number of years and some of the buttons we're beginning to stick when pressed. Make sure you choose the right model for your tv as they are not universal.

Remote works well to replace the original one that my dog had for breakfast but it did get dropped in the floor the other day and it came apart at a joint so it is good just a bit fragile compared to original.

Great value and works perfectly absolute match with original.

Worked straight out of the plastic sleeve, no codes needed to connect with the TV model, just point and click. Some of the buttons are in different locations but all are labeled and it has a nifty light button to illuminate the volume and channel up/ down buttons, great for channel hopping in the dark!
