Coffee Roaster, Commercial Coffee Electric Heating Bean Roasting with Discharge Smoke & Chaff Collector(Only Kaleido system) (WHITE, M2S)

I just received the M6S and couldn’t be happier! After getting an M2 that had issues, I worked with Ting and Kaleido and they did me right!! Not only did they go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, with the M2, I appreciated their service so much I went bigger and sprung for the M6. I’m a few batches in, and like other reviewers said, there’s a little bit of a learning curve, but it’s a new piece of equipment, and that’s to be expected. The coffee I have roasted (correctly) has come out evenly and wonderfully. I am in love with this machine and appreciate the people at Kaleido for making sure I was happy. I am a Kaleido person through and through now! Take the jump on this machine, you won’t regret it!

HUH?!?! Got my Sniper M2S yesterday, going through set up and had problems and questions. Dropped a line on the Kaleido site asking for assistance and got the message they don't sell at Amazon. Sent them a link for what I bought, with the "Visit the Kaleido store" stuck right there. If I can't get any help, this goes back. I will update on what happens.UPDATE: Nope, Kaleido does not support. They made that absolutely clear. Returning.UPDATE 2: The seller contacted me and made me feel much better about my correspondence with Kaleido customer service. This kind of contact might have resulted in my keeping the roaster. One thing to be aware of - the M2S does not come with both the Kaleido System and the Artisan System, even though it reads (to me anyway) that it does. The "+" and operated on the seven inch screen in the ad is a bit misleading. To get both systems you need to get the M2S Dual, for about $1000.00 more.This review is only concerning customer service. I cannot speak on the roaster itself, didn't even plug it in.

Dislikes:Difficult to use out of the box for novice.Very difficult to find, download, use profiles.Chaffe mess at cooling fans.Likes:Quality of bean roasts.Quick cool down.Roasted bean tastes.Easy chaffe disposal.Speed of roasting is great.Tablet easy to use.I can honestly say I've been using this roaster for a couple of months now and the first thing I noticed was beans taste totally different when roasting from this machine versus my other machines in the past. Literally the same beans would be sour or flat from my old roaster but this roaster tastes very good.

Sharp edges cut my hand.

My only issue is this: keeping the blue-tooth connection with a Windows machine is a little dicy if you want to use Artisan, but I got around it doing a tel-net via wifi, it was much more stable.

Need parts (Heating elements for my M1. Tried Kaleido USA - NO help...Tried to reach out to vendor on Amazon, NO response! Tried to reach out on Reddit. NO response!
