If you're looking for a battery case that will help keep your pixel 2 alive throughout the day then this is a great option to consider. It has many positives but it also has it negatives. The first good thing is that this case more than doubles your pixel's battery life. It's easy to place your phone into case and even easier to take it out. Using it is as simple as it can get. You press and hold for 3 seconds to either turn it on or off. It's honestly not that uncomfortable to hold but your arm can get tired if you're only using one arm. Its design is rather odd since the battery is only on the bottom half of the case instead of distributing it around more evenly which causes the case to be bulky and heavy. The cut out for the fingerprint sensor is unnecessarily huge but that's better than having one that's too small. It also offers no protection to the screen bc it is flush with the screen. One big complaint that I have is that the colors on the back that show you battery percentage are incorrect. It drops from 100-50 in less than 10 minutes. I contacted Newdery about this and had my case replaced within days. This new case had the same issue so there's a chance they're all like this. But nevertheless, it does manage to charge my pixel 2 one and a half times before dying. It may take a few hours to charge but it'll definitely help you get through a days worth of work! Overall I definitely recommend this case if your Pixel 2 is struggling to last throughout a day.

I like it. Let's get real everybody is trying to cheat their phones crappy battery life. Well this does it! It might make my cell phone like a brick, but honestly feels solid and easier for my big hands to type. It does what it's supposed to do. You click a button on the back and it charges your phone. Without having to plug it in. Only downside is your headphone jack adapter won't work unless you take the case off. Like I said you're trying to cheat the battery life on a manufacturer phone that put a small battery in it to make you phone thin. It is a piggyback battery pack that charges your phone, to me that's a great product when I'm working 12-hour shifts! And a previous person was correct it only fully charges your phone from zero once. That's better for me at my job. I could be inside or outside or up on scaffold for all I know.

I have been using the Newdery case for about two weeks and it has worked very well. My Pixel2 fits in perfectly and the extra 4700mah keeps the phone charged while I'm commuting. The camera is so good in the Pixel2 that I have been using it to record a lot of video as well, and extra juice helps there too. Charging the case is fast, and the case charges the phone fast as well, The opening makes using the fingerprint sensor just as east as without a case, and the buttons work perfectly still. 5 stars!

My husband bought this battery case for himself several months ago, and I got one shortly thereafter because he had liked it. We ended up having a slight issue with his after a time (the charger wasn't charging), and customer service got back to us right away and sent us a new unit to replace the faulty one, which is still working great.The only issues I have with the charger is that it is a fair amount larger than the product image would lead you to believe, so be prepared for that, and that sometimes you have to hold the button down for more than three seconds to get it to click on. Also, as someone else mentioned, you can't use the headphones dock with the charger on, but I never use headphones with it, anyway, so that's yet to be an issue for me.Overall, I like it and it works great for me.

First off, this battery case comes in real handy, especially because it doesn't need cables or anything. The material is a bit slippery but it has some grip to it.Pros: great battery life, phone says charging rapidly when using case, easy to use, delivered quick and the case is USB type CCons: like many others have said, the case was a bit bulky but not as bad as I thought, it's difficult to take off and put on, it has no bezels, and it's a bit heavy.Overall it's a good case and it definitely comes in handy when my phone is dying, I have a few days using it so it's good so far!

This case does what it advertises, it provides great extra battery life. Using this case, I can easily make it through an entire day using my phone almost all the time. But there are a few features I don't like. I do not like the large open window on the back. The glass section of the Pixel is basically entirely exposed, which makes me worried about if I dropped it and also just looks odd. I also wish there was more of a lip on the front of the case. The screen is not protected at all because the case doesn't go up at all on the sides. I feel like if I dropped my phone and it fell screen down then the whole screen would shatter. I think I will use this case as an extra batter, like maybe I will keep it at work for when I am running low. But I do not trust that it would protect the phone great in the event of a drop.

I really like the shape and weight of this case. Not too bulky like other battery cases I have used in the past (not for Pixel 2). This is one of the few charging cases for the Pixel 2 on the market, but I am happy so far. I am able to charge my phone about 1.5 times with a full charge on the case. Also the rapid charging works about as well as using a fast charging power brick.The one thing I will mention is the battery case takes quite a while to recharge from empty to full. Not a deal breaker though.

It was a great fit and even better feel to it. It's textured for increased gripping and has a soft fuzzy-like padding on the lining of the case, likely to prevent scratches from case-to-phone. The tiered color LEDs that show you what quartile percentage the case is at is EXTREMELY helpful, probably it's best feature besides the x1.5 battery life it provides. I also like that the chargering port on it is usb-c like my pixel 2. I've had battery cases in the past that charge via micro-usb or something else, so this saves you from having to carry two cables.
