It is very comfortable and sturdy. The chair can be adjusted in height, has a reclining backrest, and adjustable footrest. It’s well-built with sturdy materials and moves easily on its smooth-rolling wheels.

I gave it 5 stars for build and materials quality, cosmetics and packaging, but unless this chair happens to fit you perfectly you might find you can't sit in it for long periods due to insufficient adjustability and seat cushioning. The chair is rated for 350 lbs. yet my six foot height weighing 170 lbs. bottoms out on the seat and I feel the hard pan under the springs. Maximum height is lower than any previous chair I've owned and I just barely get my thighs parallel with the floor. The non-adjustable arm rests are way too high despite the front slope. The nicest thing about the chair is the back rest and the very comfortable lumbar support. The neck pillow is irrelevant unless you recline, yet it is a terrible recliner for tall persons. Dowinx should lost the dubious foot rest and put the cost savings into a thicker seat cushion that would also increase the maximum height. I bought this chair primarily for the touted sofa-like coiled spring cushion, but it disappoints.

I ordered this chair and the package went missing, I contacted the seller who was super quick to help me out and offer a refund or shipping of the same chair. I of course really wanted the chair so I asked to please have another one shipped to me.When it arrived, I set it up within 40 minutes , it is so much more comfortable than my old one. Love how white and nice it looks and how the little neck cushion can slide up and down. I am so thankful to the seller for such nice product I get to enjoy now!!If you’re thinking about upgrading to another chair, you definitely can trust this brand! Thanks :))

I was skeptical to order with so little reviews but i’m so happy i did!! It’s very comfortable and moves around easily. Only thing i had an issue with is it does seem a little unstable for larger people, my boyfriend is very big and tall and he sat in it and it looked a little wobbly. I love how it looks though overall, appearance is exactly what i wanted with the ALL WHITE. Hard to find desk chairs without black accents. The price for this chair is amazing 9/10

Easy set up, great quality and comfortable

I recently bought this Office Chair and it's fantastic. The ergonomic design and high back offer great support, and the soft, breathable fabric is perfect for long hours. The built-in footrest is a nice touch for relaxing. The chair is sturdy, and I like the swivel and reclining functions. The grey fabric looks modern and fits well in my white auto pop desk.Overall, it's a comfortable, durable, and stylish chair. Highly recommended!

Overall it's a sturdy chair with good adjustable options, but the seat cushion felt like I was sitting on an armrest before the end of the first day. I'm only 145 lbs so I'm not heavy! Hard to take apart to return so I'll have to keep the chair and buy a removable seat cushion to place on top.

Comfortable, bigger seat for bigger bottoms. I elected to leave the arm rests off. Soft leather. Nice blue color. Good value for the money. I bought this for my home office. I am happy with my purchase.
