Mixed it in with my rice and it works wonders.

I'm so lazy some days, so this is perfect for me! I won't give you a recipe because everyone is different but will tell you the two ways I cooked them. Yesterday, I actually microwaved barley and then added the veggies and some vegetable broth to water. Delicious! Had a stressful day today so I just used one heaping teaspoon of the veggies and 1 cup of water with a vegetable broth paste and microwaved for 2 minutes. Wonderful (for me). I like my veggies crisp so 2 minutes was good although a fussier person may not like the not quite cooked taste. Experiment! The minute you open the package you'll smell the aroma of veggies. I will be ordering more (makes good survival food if unable to shop). The shipping was fast and the price was fair for the amount of veggies in the bag. Yummy!

Keep in mind that this mix is dried and not freeze-dried. It makes a big difference in cooking time. So if you sprinkle them into a Ramen cup, they will not be cooked/soft by a three-minute soak like the freeze-dried veggies are. I like these, I just wish I noticed the difference before ordering.

I looked on the package, this is from China! The veggie flakes look ok and it smells mostly of sweet peppers. I'm almost afraid to try the soup, because China isn't known for good quality food stuffs. If I had known it was from China, I'd not have purchased this product. The description didn't say where the food was coming from, I guessed Japan...I was wrong. I'll try it and update my review.

Like adding this to my rice cooker when cooking rice. Also a nice way to expand your Ramen noodles

I would give it negative 5 stars if I could. I bought this Vegetable Soup Mix hoping it's going to be a nice addition to our menu. We followed instructions but the taste is awful. No taste whatsoever. Nothing premium about this soup mix. It's like chewing overdried old grass. NON RETURNABLE item. This is the worst money wasted.

I was spending 20.00 a day on pho vegetable 🍜 noodles at a local restaurant now I just keep some at the office to add to my snap dragon pho and I have extra flavor for my convenient lunch at the office. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

This works great in soups.
