KidKraft My Dreamy Wooden Dollhouse with Lights and Sounds, Elevator and 14 Accessories, Gift for Ages 3+

I bought this for my 5 yo granddaughter for Christmas. My son (her dad) came over and helped me put it together. Two heads and 4 hands made it easy, and fun! I had prepared the well-lit workspace with everything we might need, brought the dollhouse picture up on the laptop for referral, and we carefully began putting it together, taking our time. Having a couple of small tables to set the boxes and tools on nearby was helpful. All the pieces were there and in perfect condition. I had made notes from all the reviews (read them before starting!) and it went together fabulously. Then the fun began! I hung up little fairy lights at the top, and bought push-button puck lights for each room and even the 2nd story balcony (per one reviewer). They also suggested gluing the puck lights inside a mini cupcake wrapper which made it like a ceiling shade. I just happened to have pink and purple ones, lol. Now she can play in the evenings as well and it’s not dark inside the house. I added some bling to the bed and couch, as well as adding other extras (the sky’s the limit!) then decorated it for Christmas!!! My granddaughter did not expect this at all and was so excited. It’s a beautiful, huge dollhouse, well worth the cost.

Bought it for my niece since she loves dolls and this guy the 12 inch doll size I was looking for. I was nervous about this over after looking at the reviews. The last thing you want to worry about is if all the screws and pieces are in the box. Not the case with my box (lucky me).Pros:-The materials are decent.-The screw pack that comes with it is letters and the screw heads are color coordinated with the part of the house they belong on (trust me you will be gratful)- Comes with furniture and the pictures match the product.-Comes with tools but I recommend using a drill if you can.-After it's done, it looks adorable ... and tall. Gift factor will have my niece hugging her auntie and naming me the best.Cons- Sometimes the pictures drove me crazy.- Some steps will feel out of order.- Do not recommend putting this together alone. If no choice, have tape handy to temporarily act as an assistant.- Will take hours, even with a drill.Tips:- Make sure you have all your parts.- Pay close attention to the pictures and identifying marks.- step 23 and 24, I think this is molding to the top awning.... Put the pieces 53, 54 and 55 together first. Then attach to 30. Your welcome.- Take a break if you can to break something.

I originally purchased this dollhouse in 2021 for Christmas, and it's still going strong. While looking to add storage underneath for our ever-growing doll collection, I realized that I never left a review. So, nearly four years later my daughters are 5 and 9 and still play with this dollhouse every day. There is some bowing on the ground floor however our playroom is in an add-on room so heat has definitely played a factor. To speak of quality, the furniture is DURABLE. The pieces have been dropped, stepped on, scribbled on, scrubbed at, and yet we've never had to throw anything away. I took off one star because (1) of the three piano legs, one NEVER stays in, probably a factory defect in the hole its meant to slot in to. I eventually just super glued it in place; and (2) the elevator is stiff. Possibly my husband didn't install in perfectly straight - who knows, but the kids kids pretty much never use it. It does stay on whatever floor it's moved to, which is nice. Overall, sturdy kids items that hold up to years of play seems to be few and far apart these days, and this dollhouse makes the cut. I would absolutely recommend this dollhouse and I look forward to updating this review in another four years.

Got this for my 4yr old daughter for Christmas. It took about 3.5 hrs to put together. The instructions were simple but it takes a little common sense and low volt power drill would definitely help, lots of screws. The piano, toilet and lamp have batteries and do little fun sounds and a dim light. Overall, it’s extremely sturdy and great attention to detail. I highly recommend

The dollhouse was delivered quickly. I enjoyed putting it together. The instructions were easy enough to understand. The structure is very sturdy and the colors on the walls are very vibrant. I didn’t realize the dollhouse stood so tall! The furniture was a plus for me. The toilet makes a flushing sound. The grand piano plays a little tune and the lamp turns on. My grandbaby is going to love opening her gift on Christmas morning. I highly recommend this product.
