Bought this cane for a friend that has really low blood pressure, so he easily gets dizzy, while walking.This is so much better than the 4 foot one that is larger. I often saw him tripping over the other one. This one is easy to fit into a bag and is very sturdy.

The light part came off so easily and that was the reason we bought it now we have a cane without the light!!

Delivery box was in perfect condition but whoever packed this cane in the box didn't care how the package of the cane looked. It looked used. The clear package had rips all over it. The black bag to carry the can is all ripped up also where you can see through it and the closure thing when I removed the carrying bag from the clear package just fell right off. Once I took the cane out of the black carrying bag it was easy to put together except one of the rubber legs was off and had to really be pushed in. Cane stands on it's own with a slight wobble. Paint is chipped and scratched in two areas at the base along with a small piece of rubber missing,.The light is a joke. Works fine when on but turned off when walking it just flashes with every step. The whole cane in general is clean but seems like it was used and returned. Going to be returning this thing so now my mom won't be getting this for her Christmas present.

Canes get dropped, knocked over, and used… not for looks, but for function. From day one the flashlight has failed to work well. It would flicker or not turn on at all. Now, after a trip to the post office where my cane fell over (balancing the freestanding cane is iffy), it doesn’t work at all. The lens fell out, nowhere to be found. That is annoying, but not my primary concern. The bottom of the cane has four little grooves traction pads. Let me warn you… all traction is lost when a tiny piece of gravel is embedded in those grooved traction pads. Nothing like a cane sliding out and away from you as you’re trying to walk after a total hip replacement. Very disappointed overall.
