What I realised very quickly is there is no comparison. Baby monitors have come a long way and this has so many amazing features.The first thing to note is this is a Wifi enabled camera. You can monitor and talk via the large included intercom, which is a must have, keeping a constant watch on your baby and useful not only for yourself but also family and babysitters. But also, you can sign into the Leapfrog Baby Care App and check in on the camera, just as if it were a security camera - great if your away from home and your baby is being looked after.I was blown away by not only the quality and clarity of the picture, but also that it was in colour! I frequently babysit a nephew, and struggle to make him out amongst blankets on the 3 year old black and white monitor in use - The colour picture of this Leapfrog monitor makes it much easier to distinguish shapes and movement.Aside from this amazing feature, the camera has a night light, and can be stood on a nearby surface or, to get closer, can be mounted to the wall with an included wall mount. The camera features pan/tilt, and all these features can be controlled from the screen.Overall, Im very impressed with this camera. I wish I had one when my children were little, but I'm glad that my daughter will have this quality of device to help her through early parenthood.

My wife and I have just recently had a baby and needed a way of keeping a close eye on her when out of the room.I was lucky enough to receive this Leapfrog LF3915HD Smart WiFi Video Baby Monitor to test and review.First thoughts were just how great a build quality this is to the hand me down we had been given from family. The monitor screen is much larger than most, making it easily visable from a distance and super clear.The camera is fantastic too with the ability to move it around the room from the monitor… im no longer trying to balance a camera in place overlooking the cot, this can just be adjusted to see.Set up was relatively easy, installing the app and following the instructions. Unfortunately when it came to setting it up on my wife's phone so she could use her mobile to watch the baby it wouldnt allow her to scan the QR code no matter what we tried. It did on mine though… for whatever reason her phone just wouldn't scan the code even though it did for downloading the app and works with any other QR code?Still, if you can get this to work then you can have multiple monitors set up for total peace of mind.Another annoying thing is leap frog have a number of apps, all similarly named. Either have one that works with all or make them very obviously different leapfrog!Overall though this is a premium, great quality baby monitor with a lovely bright, clear image and easy to adjust camera. Highly recommended!

Purchased in December 2023 - this product has been nothing but rubbish. Not cheap so I expect something that works as a minimum. Steer clear or if too late, make sure you keep your receipt. Attempt one, the monitor wouldn't charge, so we did a swift return and exchange. Attempt two, we have now had the monitor for 7 months and are constantly battling the following issues: 1. the camera frequently moving by itself to point into the wall and need to manually be moved back 2. the monitor freezing - a particular pain when it occurs in the middle of the night and you wonder what you may have missed 3. the monitor losing connection - we live in a modest centre terrace house with the router centrally located, yet still it loses connection frequently 4. the light turning on by itself - any parents out there will tell you how annoying this is when your baby is sleeping 5. The monitor jumping between night and day mode for no reason and meaning the screen goes black for a bit I gave Leapfrog the chance to respond to these issues before I uploaded any reviews, but after checking the app was the latest version (it was) they told me if I don't have the receipt then I'm out of warranty. So tough luck I guess? Awful product and no accountability by the manufacturer. Get anything else including a cheap sound monitor which works very well

Very high quality baby monitor that works flawlessly

Really great baby monitor. Have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I love it!Really easy to set up and the camera can also be connected to the leapfrog app so you can choice to watch on monitor or the app if you prefer. Another great thing about the app is if you have more than one Leapfrog camera you can connect them all and switch through your each one.Camera image for day/night mode is good quality and has a great zoom. Really like the fact you can move the camera left, right, up,down by using a button on the monitor/app so you don’t need to go and physically move it. It also has a touch screen night light which the colour can be chosen. Also has 2 way talk so you can help your baby back to sleep. The camera can also play lullabies. I also really like the fact the monitor is big compared to other products and the battery life is good. Overall definitely recommend!

This is a great working baby monitor which comes with everything you need:- Camera with a nice nightlight for the baby’s room- Very clear monitor with control for moving the camera around- Also WiFi basedVery clever setup here. Although it is quite pricey if you need a portable monitor and the full camera setup this will work well for you.

The camera and the image are great, but it’s not possible to download the app to connect to iPhone because it’s not available in Saudi Arabia. To sell it without this working it’s a bit unfortunate and not meeting expectations listed in the product details.
