This helped my motion sickness, but it did make me a little sleepy. I have not found an over-the-counter motion sickness pill that has not made me sleepy though. So I would recommend this.

I like to keep some motion sickness medicine handy especially on long drives or turbulence in planes. Even though it seem to work as expected, it makes you drowsy/sleepy. I don't like that in particular especially if I had to drive. If I am not driving the motion sickness is not a big issue to begin with. My mom probably would be good with it but not me. I didn't feel any other side effects as such so not a bad medicine just make sure you know what you want out of your medicine.

I keep these packed for longer trips and use them when I know I’ll be in the car for a while. The capsules are small and easy to take. I like that they come in a resealable pouch, which makes it easy to tuck into a travel bag. I haven’t had any issues with them and prefer the gel capsule format over tablets. They’re convenient to have on hand, especially for car rides or flights.

Cruising the windy hills of eastern Oklahoma is a great time, just not for my passenger wife. Going through more than 3 turns in 30 seconds is instant motion sickness for her. Gravol did a great job of keeping that in check. It helped her over a 3 hour drive, along with helping her catch some ZZZs. This is a great product but be sure to remember of drowsiness side effects.

This is great to help motion sickness when traveling. Fast acting and does not make me drowsy (AMAZING) and works for hours to give some relief on long car rides. Definitely will be coming back when I am out.
