I don't know why that is, but the first office chair that I had was like a five hundred plus dollar Serta chair, and I had to keep trying different cushions with it because it would cripple my legs after only two hours or so in it. But so far with this chair I haven't needed to add any cushions. Maybe it's because I'm skinny and have a low weight. I don't know.Anyway, probably my favorite feature of this chair is that the arms can be raised up if I wish to put them up, or if they happen to need to be raised up in order for the chair to be able to be pushed in under a desk, then it can be done.

This synthetic leather office chair provide better lower back support compares to some other similar style of office chairs that I've tried from Amazon. I found this important if I've to sit on the chair for long period of time. The extra thick headrest is also very nice. The leather is soft and comfortable, although it is not genuine leather. I guess you can't expect that from a $240 chair.The seating pad is good for me because I have a medium build, around 160lb, but I would expect it to be thicker based on the product description. The back of the seat is also high enough for me so that my head can rest on the headrest. I am 5'7" btw. If you are 6', it is not tall enough for you.The recline of this chair is just moderate. Also, the height of the arm rest is not adjustable. It can only flip up for easy storage under the desk. Other than the seat height, there is nothing else can be adjusted. This is where it is lacking.The caster wheels are pretty good though. In fact, it is the first chair that I've tested so far that come with this kind of wheels. Smooth and quiet. Good for hardwood floor.The price is inline with other simialr kind of office chairs on Amazon. I think this is a good buy if you like this style of chair.

I've been using this Leather Executive Office Chair for a little over a week now and would rank it quite high on my list. It has a sturdy build and all the basic ergonomic features. I also love the flexibility of adjusting the armrests and the angle of the backrest, which is a big plus! The leather fabric may be a bit less "breathable" compared to a mesh fabric, but overall, I would definitely recommend this chair!
