Out of the box it is light, breakable plastic, with buttons labeled in Chinese. For consumers reading English you'll need to relabel with your own stickers. There are two modes: Combination or Random.When choosing Combo, you can only program up to 4 motions of the arms and then it repeats that same 4 strike combo at a constant pace with same pause in between. The Random mode gives some unpredictability but, mind you, it is still always 4 strikes at a steady tempo. Absolutely overpriced. Considering how little it does and how feeble the plastic parts are, it should cost only half of what it sells for. If i had to do over again, i wouldn't buy it.

The assembly is easy. The instructions tell you enough to operate. I like how it has random settings to go up to 99 circuits of different punches.I like using it for head movement. Came with one crack but was not a big deal.

This is very cheap in my opinion and the overall utility is just okay does most of the same stuff. Good for doing a work out but not for learning to box or anything. May increase the average person's reflexes though.

Received the product with a unit that didn’t work at all when plugged in. Additionally, the parts didn’t fit together and the screws didn’t even screw together.

I have a few basic issues, this item is far too expensive.The build quality is low ie a lot of plastic and if you are not careful with it you will break it.The settings are too simple and repetitive.If you are an adult, I would look elsewhere but it probably wouldn’t be bad for a kid that’s a beginner.Until We Meet Again-Off the Grid Ken

I got this for my husband as well as our kiddos. My husband loves to box so I thought this would be a fun way to incorporate it into his workout. I do have to save your looking for something hardcore and heavy duty this might not be the one for you, this is more light-hearted and just for getting your heart rate up type of purposes. Although I do feel like it is really good training for ducking down and different movements as well so I think if you are interested in boxing it's still really good for training purposes. Everything is very durable and fairly well made especially for what it is. It is 100% true to the ad so all the measurements match up. I would definitely say review that before purchasing because it's a lot bigger than you would think. I think this would be an amazing gift for anyone in your life that loves to box and loves to work out! This definitely get your heart rate up and there are quite a few different options that you can use! Our kids think this is super fun already and my husband definitely gets a good workout in with it! Super user friendly and very easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to read and this came well packed with all the pieces and parts. There was no damage to it whatsoever and everything was very easy to hook up. My husband had this mounted and ready to use in no time! It is very sturdy and well made and stays perfectly on the wall! This was the perfect gift for him! Definitely an amazing value for your money and a solid 10 out of 10!
