Very nice!
Great on the good lancets or use at home. One time use and 21G is the standard needle size. Twist pull and snap. The needle withdraws back into the tube and it is easy to throw out. Works great the first time. Sometimes I have problems with my regular lancets. I do recommend this product.

Great for when you need to travel light!
I got these because I wanted some back up lancets for testing on the go in the event that I ran out of my regular lancets for the pen loader that came with my glucose meter. I like the design and they work fine; but I had a hard time getting the blood to come to the surface since it is pressure activated and I didn't want to stick myself too deep. I'm going to have to get used to pressing down to activate the needle versus using a button to launch it on the side of my pen loader.

Better Than a Regular Lancet for Me, Still had to Coax the Drop a Bit
I've tried several of these Dropsafe lancets and so far all of them have been more effective for me than a regular lancet. For background, I monitor my blood sugar to prevent Diabetes, but have had great difficulty getting a drop without squeezing (which is said to cause less accurate results). These are said to be for thick skin-- I have always considered my skin regular to thin, but maybe the finger pads *are* thick?Pros: 1. Easy to use, just twist and then pull the stem/cap off. Then push it against your finger and it self activates/withdraws the needle 2. Just about painless for me 3. I did get a drop each time I used these (not always the case with standard lancets), though sometimes I had to coax a bit to get enough to test. 4. The poke is too small to make a scab.Considerations: 1. Unlike their 17 and 18 gauge lancets, which resulted in an easy drop, I had to coax this a bit (gently massaging the base of my finger). The Bonus was less discomfort and less of a mark on my finger than the larger gauge ones (Everyone probably knows this, but in the world of Gauges, bigger numbers = smaller needles). 2. Yes, it's single use and disposable, so maybe not eco friendly. But if it improves someone's life significantly that seems like a fair trade off to me.

Good lancets.
These are good lancets. They work well but do take quite a lot of downward pressure to make it go off and stick you. However for the larger gauge of these they do not cause much pain. All in all, this is a good quality product. I'd buy this again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it.

Great for on-the-go
Honestly, I ordered these out of curiosity... I ended up pleasantly surprised. I was concerned that this size had the longest, thickest needle, but I never even felt it - I thought it didn't work at first! A pleasant change for those of us that have to keep checking our glucose levels.

DID NOT WORK AT ALL
My daughter has Type 1 Diabetes, so she has a great deal of experience with this type of product. After many years of using a lancing device, some months back she switched to using pressurized lancets. So again, she has experience with this type of product. With the directions folded open just to be on the safe side, my daughter tested this product. She heard it activate. She felt nothing. There was no blood. This product unfathomably did not work for her – at all. Perhaps she just tested a dud, but that should not happen. And, yes, she knew to press the button.Pass.
