My dog has bad reactions to thunderstorms. When I put this on her it takes a moment for her to get used to it. But once she does she's calmer. It's easier to put on because of the velcro. The small fits my beagle well. The quality of the fabric is very nice and soft. I would recommend this product.

Made the bebe calmer during the 4th of July shenanigans. But the bebe kept pulling it off no matter how fit/tight the string was adjusted. Had it stayed the entire night, I would have given 5stars.

Worked pretty good keeping my dog somewhat calm during the 4th of July fireworks. My dog didn’t mind wearing them and looked almost comfortable wearing them. Glad I got these for him since fireworks drive him a little crazy. Easy to put on as well.

I got a medium ( my dog's head is right in the middle of that size) and it is so loose that I can tie it in a knot and then Velcro it together and it's still extremely loose. It's loose enough that my dog shakes her head once and it comes off. I would return but it got dirty and I'm not about to return it in that state. It's way too big !

Tilly had surgery on her left ear. Vet said scratching her ear and shaking her head would further aggravate the infection she has. They put bandages on her and a cone for a week. We were concerned about how to keep her from scratching and shaking her ear after the bandages and cone were removed. We searched Amazon and found this item that was sold as ear muffs. We ordered and received it the next day. We returned to the vet after a week. Tilly's bandages and cone were removed. We showed the vet the ear muff and they said it was great and put it on Tilly. Tilly has not tried to take it off and she doesn't scratch or shake her head now.

I purchased this to help heal/shrink a hematoma in my dog's ear. He's a staffy boxer mix with a big head and flappy ears. The product is soft and easy to put on. The velcro pieces under the chin make it have a secure fit. I've tried 4 different products in different sizes and I liked this one the best. I've been having a hard time finding one that fits my dog's head. This one fits the best, however I'm still having size issues. My only complaint with this product is the size gap between the medium and large. The large is too big (never thought that could be possible for my dog) and the medium is too small. I can get away with the medium because of the velcro chin straps, but it kind of makes my dog's face look squeezed and pulled back. The large slides right off his head after a few minutes.

I like that it's soft and comfy. I'm just not sure how much it prevents sound from bothering them. Jack seemed uncomfortable with unusual covering so that might actually add to his stress. Not so sure. Good product as far as quality I just don't know how effective the wrap is for the purpose.

But in practice, it didn't work so well. I don't know, maybe I didn't get the right size. I did follow the instructions but it kept slipping back on her head so it was around her neck and not covering her ears.
