This ice pack is perfect for my foot and ankle issues! It fits perfectly; it has nice strong Velcro straps that fit around my foot and calf to snug it up really well. It retains the cold extremely well and lasts me a while before I have to re-freeze it. I’m extremely pleased with this ice pack!!

This does fit well and help reduce the swelling. I do wish there was more filler in the compartments.

I bought this ice pack for my ankle after I was able to remove my cast, and it fits perfectly around my whole foot to help ice it. The velcro is very sturdy it is not easy to remove. It definitely stays cold for the recommended 20 minutes plus longer than that.

Fast delivery. Fits great, even over the bandages. My daughter likes that it has a picture of a foot inside so you can easily tell how to put it on. Easy to use. The Velcro is very wide and can easily be tightened to fit pretty much anyone.

These were recommended by my physical therapist as they are the same ones they use during my physical therapy in the office. They are easy to use - just slip your foot inside and strap the velcro around the boot for a comfortable fit. I purchased two boots so that I could set my time for 20 minutes and be done for the day. These have helped in the recovery of my foot pain from my heel to my toes. I have two flat ice packs and was going to use velcro to tie them around my foot but I do not think that they will fit snuggly as well as these boots. I did not want to cut corners in getting my feet well. Hands, eyes, and feet are a must in my profession.

I wanted to use this with a bare foot for maximum chill factor and was amazed that this product has the soft fabric on the OUTSIDE, ice cold plastic on the inside.So I turn the product inside out and twist the velcro straps around. Will I keep it? Probably not.

This is the coldest ice pack I have encountered. I actually don't even wear it as a boot as it is the top part of my metatarsal that hurts. I turned it around and I slide my feet inside like a little cave and it freezes them to death. Have not tried it as a heating element yet. It is filled with weird gel that really maintains the temperature. Really did help my feet as I would put them in this for 20 minutes and then use my foot massager with the heat mode. Really help my plantar fasciitis.
