I think it is a good case. I have not had any problems with the leather wearing down quickly. I do like the feel of the leather on the Slim sleeve better than what is used here, but it certainly looks fine. This wallet also holds business cards as well as everything else that a slim sleeve can so I have been using it more and more. I have had similar wallets that had no magnet and would never lay flat, but with this one, the magnet seems to be strong enough to keep it closed, which also helps prevent things from falling out.

Purchased this card holder for its slim design. For the high price point and simplistic design, I'd expect it to be exceptionally made. I can't speak on the durability, but the stitching is off with loose strands from the thread fraying at parts which is a concern for its longevity. Some of the edges of the leather that gets paint spilled onto the inside (black paint on brown interior). It's not great for the price, it may feel like good quality but it looks cheap. Maybe they have low standards for quality control. Look elsewhere for a more reliable brand.

I was looking for a small wallet you can carry anywhere, and the Bellroy Under Cover does the job so well. I really like the color I chose and it can hold up to 5 cards or more. As for bank notes, you can put some but it has to be folded and you can only store a few notes.
