Kept freezing when used
Pink & lovely looking, just what we wanted as the keys stood out for our sight impaired person & the colour was right. It also had all the office features included however USA keyboard instead of UK 🇬🇧 & when we changed the language it kept freezing. Lost faith in the product as we needed one that was reliable so we returned.

Bought as a christmas gift for my little girl, perfect for doing her school work and gaming.Good quality for the price. The colour is such a pretty colour and came with accessories such as a mouse, USB light and keyboard protector that I wasn't expecting :)

Not what it says
It says there should be over 500GB of space yes theres only 119GB. It also has an American keyboard which was ok while i was able to have it in the UK setting but then it switched randomly and i havnt been able to get it back which isnt good for me as i do a lot of work with the £ sign and the american keyboard doesnt have thatOverall im quite disapointed in this buy yhe only good thing is it runs smoothly

Not charging up
I was abit silly not charging it up straight away, was saving work to do on it on half term now I've plugged it in ,it's not charging, I'm gonna email customer service
