Now, as other reviews have said. This hat literally came in a plastic bag and was all mushed up. However, despite being initially very annoyed. I got the ironing board out and a tea towel. Turned my iron down to the lowest setting which still had steam. Laid the various mushed parts flat, laid the tea towel over it and then ironed it out. It has worked really well for me.The hat fits perfectly. So I have no issues with size and the colour is as expected so no issues there. Really, this hat is a five star, but because of the ridiculous packaging and the added faff, I have taken a star off.

If your looking for that traditional Panama look and feel without the expense then this is a great alternative. Whilst this arrived slightly rolled up, the instructions are clear and helpful in terms of moulding into shape. Just be mindful that this can take a bit of time, but using at-towel and an iron as instructed helps to speed up the process. The main watch out is sizing. Other than that, I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Beautiful great looking hat. Came unfolded in a big box. It was a gift and they were very happy with it.

I have previosuly bought the cheap paper ones or sourced from M&S but this one is a really nice piece to craftmanship. The fit was accurate and arrive well packed with care instructions (I did steam the brim to flatten it) and ahve worn it with pleasure on a few hot days in London. I particualrly liked the reinforced peak inside that will help it keep its shape.

This hat is the best i have ever Bought vary pleased with it , only 1 complaint it says it has a BLACK band mine came with a brown one , when ordering state what colour you would like , Size (A1 ), delivery ( A1 ), and packaging , also ( A1 ) .........Peter

Nice hat but slightly too small. Packaged in just a plastic bag which meant it arrived with the brim folded up a bit.
