Don't sleep on this, great value for the money.
I recently added the GIKPAL Adjustable Weight Bench to my home gym. This workout bench has proven to be a versatile and main piece of equipment for my full-body strength training routine. The ability to switch between incline, decline, and flat positions allows for a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups. Whether I'm doing chest presses, shoulder presses, or leg extensions, this bench can handle all my workout needs. The extended headrest is a thoughtful addition that provides extra support and comfort during exercises. It's a small detail, but it makes a significant difference, especially during more extended workout sessions. The leg extension feature allows for targeted exercises that enhance the overall versatility of the bench. The overall aesthetic of the bench is sleek and modern, adding a touch of style to my home gym. It's a great addition to any home gym setup. Its versatility, comfort features, and space-saving design make it a great choice for those serious about their strength training and value.

Excellent Basic Bench w/Preacher Pad
This is an excellent entry level product that includes a leg lift bar and preacher curl pad. Definitely affordable and a good value for the price. Simple to assemble - really. Headrest is adjustable. Back rest angles across a good range. Preacher pad is a bit small though. That's the only drawback. It would be better if it were shoulder width. Very fast delivery. Product is recommended.

Easy
I put it together easily and quickly. Fits on 4 large square fitness mats set like a capital T. Comfy and decent quality.

Easily build, easy use. Did not expect the quality of the product to be that good.

$50 bench for triple the price
I wish I had read more of the negative reviews before ordering this.It shakes, wobbles, and slants side to side under regular body weight. The leg extension is a joke, after reading the manual it can only hold like 15lb max or something like that. You can’t even get your legs into it if you’re a man over the size of 5’5”. I laid on it and it’s like laying on particle board. I got up and felt a shocking pain in my back like I had laid on concrete. Can’t imagine how it feels to lay on it AND lift heavy weights or how my back would end up!The whole bench feels like it came from a dollar store specialty summer section and was marked up. There are plenty of steel square frame benches on amazon I’ve discovered since looking for a new one that’s only a handful of dollars more and I wish I had shelled them out.The tensions bands that came with it are the cheapest I’ve ever held. I didn’t get the bench for them since I lift weight, but wanted to stress that part in case anyone genuinely looks at this and wants to use them. Like another seller said they feel like dollar store bands from the toy section. If you are even mildly strong I assume these will snap and whip you like no tomorrow.Upon trying to return this item they want $40 to send it back, or keep it and get back $20?? I’m currently having Amazon look into it for being a defective and unsafe item so I can get my rightful full refund back.DON’T BUY THIS BENCH, ITS BEEN A HEADACHE SINCE IT SHOWED UP.

Not sturdy enough for glute extensions
I really wanted to love this but it just seems so flimsy. Can't easily do glute extensions like I wanted

Decent Affordable Starter Bench
Easy to install - didn't take me much time at all. I plan to use this with free weights like dumbbells and a curling bar. I'll try out the leg part but can only do 1 leg at a time. I don't think it will support much weight. I don't see much benefit to me for using the pull ropes included. I purchased a separate set of pull ropes that provide all sorts of different resistance for training. Easy to adjust for incline or decline of the bench. Also easy to collapse to store which I don't plan to use often. I've used it a few times already and have no complaints except it may be a little small for me.
