MOZOWomen's Maven Food Service Shoe

Cute, comfortable, perfect for my needs
I bought these for work (server) in summer; I wanted cute non-slip shoes that didn't weigh five pounds apiece. These fit the bill. They look and fit like low-top skate shoes, they're water resistant waxed cotton (even the laces), they breathe, and they don't slip on wet dish pit floors. They even come with a slick little tread comb; you can clean out the soles and not track floor food mud all over your carpets when you get home. They start out a little stiff, but will feel like slippers once you break them in.

LOVE these shoes!
I work in a kitchen so I'm on my feet all day long. This bad boys not only give me an extra vertical boost but they keep my feet comfortable and dry. I have used Skechers in the past, which have also been very comfortable, but didn't seem to last as long as I would have liked them too. So far, these guys have stood up against the test of 14hr days, catering outside in the rain, and a rather messy catered wedding. I haven't had them for very long yet, but they are still holding very strong! Also, some of the best looking chef shoes I've seen.

Cute but definite comfort issues, with some tweaks they are perfect.
I have been on the hunt for some stylish slip resistant shoes. I cannot wear clogs because they aggravate my plantar fasciitis and most other styles of slip resistant shoes are just plain ugly in my opinion. I really love the look of these shoes. Mozo makes some some very fashionable work shoes!I made sure to wear these around my house first to be sure they fit well and didn't aggravate my plantar fasciitis. My first impression was these shoes are STIFF/RIGID, making them less comfortable. The fit from toe to heel was perfect, but my foot felt crowded on the top. I was hoping that with some use they would soften up and make more room. After my first shift at work my feet were begging for them to come off. They had bruised the top of my foot. I tried them the next day, bringing a back up pair with me just in case. By the time I got to work I seriously considered wearing the back up pair but then remembered seeing that the insoles can be removed. I plucked those out and voila my foot actually fit top to bottom! No more bruising and they were much more comfortable. I also removed the laces because 1. They are ridiculously short, 2. They are not necessary as the tongue is attached to the shoe with elastic and 3. When I did tie them in the silly tiny bow they made, they dug further into the top of my feet. After my second day at work they were much more comfortable. Maybe once they soften up I can add the insoles back or buy separate, thinner insoles for more cushioning. As far as being nonslip, they work very well on the slippery kitchen floor I work on.*If* these soften up some I'll consider increasing the review to 4/5 stars. I hope they do!Edit: I have now worn these for about a year. They have held up super well. I ended up adding some Dr. Scholl’s gel inserts and they are super comfy while I wear them for my 8 hour busy work day. I have bumped my rating up to 4 stars from my previous 3 stars and I’m shopping for a new pair even though these have probably another year of use in them. I figured I can have my back up pair broken in by the time I need them.

Comfy! Added different insoles. Would buy again.
NOTE: I did change the insoles to super feet insoles. But even without them these shoes were far more comfy to stand in for 9 hours than my similar looking (but just regular shoes) Nikes.Don’t get me wrong. It takes time to get use to being on your feet. I was new to the service industry and the first day wearing these I could barely walk after 9 hours. But I chalk that up to me having an office job my whole life and not being super active. Plus I’m in my late 30s.After a few weeks of getting use to being on my feet these shoes are awesome. My feet don’t really hurt anymore even after multiple days of shifts.Highly recommend these + super feet insoles.I love going to concerts too which is why I bought this style. They fit right in my wardrobe and style. I colored in the ugly little gray spoon and fork/knife whatever it is logo with a black sharpie. I wear these all the time now, even though I don’t do much work in the service industry anymore. The grippy bottom is also fantastic and makes a HUGE difference on slippery kitchen floors.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Very cute for being non slip, they don't look like I borrowed shoes from my grandpa. They fit well. However, I could see wide feet being a problem, because the tongue is connected to the shoe by elastic, making it difficult to slide them on the first few times but I can tell with time these are going to fit perfectly. I was worried that they would take a while to break in but after day 1 of my 8 hour shift my feet feel fine and I didn't slip at all. I even stepped on tried to slip on wet spots on purpose to test them out!

I couldn’t wear it for more than a day
When the shoes arrived I thought they were perfect, although a they felt a little hard (it reminded me of dr. Martens, those types of shoes that you have to break in before wearing them comfortably). For me that was a deal breaker. I have very sensitive feet and I work on my feet 10h a day, after around 4 hours my feet hurt so bad I wanted to cry. They’re way too small and too hard for me. My coworker gave me a pair of shoes to borrow because I couldn’t walk anymore. I returned the shoes on the next day, and my friend bought me this shoes from Walmart that were a fraction of the price ($35). They’re comfortable, super soft, I bought the exact same shoe size but these ones are perfect for me! This one to me was a waste of time, if you suffer with callouses your feet might hurt pretty bad after a long day. And definitely go a size up.

I've bought this pair of shoes 3x!
These are cute and they last about a year with regular restaurant running. I just repurchase my 3rd pair. I have wide feet, so my pro tip is to cut the elastic on the tongue to give you a bit more space.

Me encantaron.!!!!!!!!
Y tal vez no vuelva a comprar.
