Too Flimsy For Toddlers
I bought this for my tractor loving toddler who requested a tractor with a cultivator for his birthday. I'm no farm girl, but this thing appears to be an excellent representation of the "real thing". However, if you're purchasing this for a child who plays hard with his toys, it is very delicate and will definitely break. Thus, the 3-star review. We purchased it to hitch onto the Ertle Collectible John Deer 7215R Tractor (which it is apparently supposed to be able to do?) and it does not stay hitched. For my 3-year-old, the hitch feature was very important (a fact I did not realize until it wouldn't work in the middle of Trader Joe's and caused an epic meltdown). In any event, if you're looking for a tractor with a hitching feature for a toddler, you might want to try another product (although I scoured the internet and couldn't find one, so good luck to you).I probably would not purchase this again.

Looks great on the shelf, but I wouldn't give it to a child as a toy at any age.
Very easily broken. For the size of the model, it is well built but will not survive long with a 5 year old boy playing with it.

My son loves this- the fact he can fold the sides up so he can "drive it down the road" was the big seller. I also used it as decoration in his birthday cake. 2 uses for one price!

Quick Review:Bought this to add to my sons growing collection of farming toys.He's been looking for some accessories to pull behind his tractors.This field cultivator brought a smile to his face.Both sides are articulated and fold upward just like the real ones.Best of all I picked this up here for seven bucks!
