Q: my 3m system has 200 micron filter on lids, guess i ill ok using it or should i remove the filter or use the regular cup without a filter?

Yes remove the filter when spraying flake. You can filter you clear before adding to the cup if you want to.

Q: can this chrome metal flake be used with White paint?

I used it with an arctic white single stage for a project a while back. I chose to only use 1oz per gallon because I was afraid it would be to much with 2oz. It turned out good. You just have to shoot it with an appropriate gun.

Q: Is this real chrome or some other material

This is a polyester and aluminum glitter, not made from chrome. The name "Chrome" speaks to the bright silver metallic sparkle of the product.
