Not a direct replacement
It is an updated replacement part. Hose fitting to sink was totally different. But I was able to transfer original fitting to new hose and it works fine.

Not a complete product.
The faucet was missing a knob at the back. I called Delta and they said that they made it with the knob attached, so there was no replacement piece available.
