After not having taken my high heels to the shoe repairer’s since pre-COVID, then nipping to Timpson’s to query cost of getting my recently worn down heel tips replaced, was shocked at the latest prices as know in reality it’s a 5 min job, so looked online to see if I could find a tool to do it myself and came across this; arrived yesterday, tried immediately and wow, they worked easily, was able to get the whole pin out on both shoes, replace heel tips and used steel hammer to hammer them in place, took literally 5 mins, can’t believe I used to waste my money taking heels to shoe repairer’s all those years in the past. Only used once so far but seems like a sturdy tool that will last, so really happy with purchase and definitely recommend,

I used this tool to replace stiletto heels. I had tried to use other tools but they didn’t work. This tool made the job easy. Will save a fortune on shoe repairs now.

It is pretty good quality.

Felt cheap, the black writing on the handles was partially missing in the packet and the remaining writing wore off when I took the pliers out of the packet. I think they had been used before. The jaws didn't meet very well. Returned for refund.

Steel tip remover is crap as still cannot get my steel bit out of my shoes.

Great item, does the job.

It works is sturdy, only dislike is the tips are not flat across the top with a chamfer on one side. But two sides chamfer with a bias to a smaller top. This makes it harder to pinch a smaller area and get under something as there is this 2mm ish gap from the surface to the pinch point.

the grips removed the heels as described with no problem.

The description says it is a kit containing 13 pairs of stiletto high heel plug pilers tip which are nowhere to be seen 👎🏼 so yeah, incomplete delivery.

Worked as expected in removing a high heel dowel from a missing heel tip that I couldn’t remove with needle nose pliers. So very satisfied and decent pliers for the job! Would recommend but quality of the pliers grabbing surface could be more flush as there’s a gap in where the pliers touch as seen in my 2nd & 3rd photos.

Chinese writing all over it. Broke off all my heels when tried to use. Worthless
