We order this bidet for our guest bathroom. We love the look, quality, and performance of it. Our plumber said installation was easy!When using the water is easily distributed and we haven't had any leakage. We only wished it came with warm or cold options.Definitely a great buy!

One end of the t valve has a circular nut bolt with 2 sides instead of a hex nut with 6 sides. It’s hard to tigthten the nut. Keeps leaking

Doesn’t everyone need one? This bidet is well made and comes with everything to install one In the bathroom. It works well and has good water pressure. Easy to use

This bidet sprayer set was easy to install and works great. Everything you need to install it is in the set. There was no leakage and the set is a nice chrome/silver, looks quite sleek in my bathroom. My set showed up without the instructions. It was a few Google searches to get the right steps down, it’s extremely easy to do once you have the right steps in front of you. I would have rated 5 stars if the instructions had been in the box.

The media could not be loaded. I review products for the Amazon vine program and I received this product to review. We had recently tried a bidet toilet seat and found it incredibly hard to sit on and the angle of the two sprayers that came with it were misdirected and didn't get the job done. We decided to try this handheld bidet sprayer and have found that it really works quite well. It took about 10 minutes to put together and attach it to the toilet. The directions were easy and when assembled it easily attaches to the side of the toilet tank. The hose is adequate in length at 55 inches. You can adjust the pressure of the spray at the attachment to the water valve. We put ours a little lower than full pressure after finding the spray too forceful. You can manually adjust the spray pressure when using it by how much you pressure you put on the spray handle control. What I liked about this is, because it is handheld, you can change the angle and location of the spray. This provides much better cleaning than we had with a toilet seat bidet. That offered two separate sprayers, but the angle on both of them was not great and was fixed in one position . I think you may have the same issue if you purchase a bidet that mounts to your toilet seat. With the price of toilet paper skyrocketing, and the environmental issues with using massive amounts of our wood resources for toilet paper we were anxious to see if we could decrease or even stop using toilet paper. This handheld bidet is very affordable, easy to hook up and easy to use. We were concerned whether or not if we could handle the cold water spray. More expensive bidets offer temperature control. We don't have a plug near our toilet and we don't have access to hot water near our toilet so this is our only option. Thankfully, we found this very manageable and comfortable. We recently purchased a 100 piece pack of flannel cloth washable wipes which we are using to dry ourselves. They work well with the system and I think we may actually be able to eliminate toilet paper. I will mention that I'm a plus size person and that did not interfere with my ability to use this handheld bidet. I highly recommend this product. We are one month into using this product and it has stopped working. The spray either just dribbles out or stops entirely. We think there is a defect in the connection to the toilet. Not happy because this is working perfectly. I'm changing my rating because it has broken already!!

Installation is pretty straightforward except for a puzzler in the assembly of the T valve. The instructions say to put a washer in the top and bottom openings of the T valve, but only one washer was provided with the valve and only one opening seemed suited to the washer provided. So I put it where it looked like it belonged. Everything else was provide. It works fine, no leaks, and I chose the tank mount. One big warning, though--the sprayer lever, to control the water spray, has very rough, unmachined edges that could easily cut you. I wrapped white adhesive tape around it and deducted two stars. It's very sharp.

Great product and reasonable price. Doesn't splash or drip. Easy to install. Comes with parts and instructions. Very happy with the purchase.
