*Update, uploaded a pic I found online, this is the easiest way to get the shirts on and off with no struggle!*This is my first compression shirt and I bought it specifically because I'll be wearing a spandex body suit costume for halloween (which I've worn in the past when I was 165 pounds) while I bartend. I feel this will do the job in hiding the extra pounds I've put on and it's not restricting or too tight once it's on.I normally wear a medium, I'm 5'9, 190 pounds with average build - I almost went a size up but was unsure from the mixed reviews. I'll say this, getting the shirt on and off is a struggle, I gotta stick my head in first, then one arm and roll the shirt down a bit before sticking my other arm in. Once I got both arms down, I gotta roll/pull the shirt down over my chest and then it will comfortably pull down to the waist. Wearing it is comfortable, it really does shape my body up. Getting the shirt off is the same struggle, it gets stuck around my chest/should area.Now, we all have different body shapes - I'm giving this product 5 stars because once it's on, it looks and feels great! Can't blame the manufacturer for it being difficult getting on and off, it's a compression shirt and it's supposed to be tight! I'll probably get a large to compare but feel like the Medium is just right for what I need.

Great product. Really helps with posture and lower back relief as well as making me look slimer. Seller was excellent as well.

Very good compression shirt. I got the tank top. Although the sizing is off but when you get the one that fits you right, it fits as expected. For me, my normal shirt size is a medium, so I initially bought a medium one and it was way too small. Then I tried a large, barely could fit one arm through. I finally got the x-large and it fits the way I pictured it would. It does fit a bit snuggly like a compression shirt is suppose to do but nothing too tight where it'll leave red marks or you can't breathe but an ideally fit to do things it is suppose to do. It doesn't magically reduce down my waist but it does a good job of "slimming" the gut, love handles, and chest areas. I'm 5'8 and 155lbs, medium build (fit), but I had to go up two sizes to get the right one. Again my normal shirt size is medium. So you can use this as your reference.The reason why I gave it only four stars is due to the fact it is a little difficult to take it off. It's easier if you have someone help you but taking it off by yourself is the hard part. My method to make it easy is start off first with one arm, slide it out, and then it'll be easier to take the shirt off.

This is a really great product. It does what it says it will. I was very impressed with the results.I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of product.The only trick might be getting the sizing right. I ordered one slightly on the small side for what would fit me in regular shirt sizes (if you comfortably wear an XL shirt try a L compression shirt). I am not sure that will work for everyone, but a comment posted by another reviewer clued me into doing this. The results were perfect.Putting it on is harder than taking it off. I found that a little surprising, but I'm not complaining.The material is slick feeling, but also breathable. It's cool against the skin and seems to wick sweat away. It is a slightly thicker spandex, and it seems pretty tough/strong. It does what it is supposed to very well, and it is comfortable.Side note: Choose your pants carefully. You will be a little slimmer, the material is slick feeling, and it's length goes down pretty far; you will need to wear a belt, and have it tight. Otherwise your pants will have a tendency to slip/ride/slide down a lot as you move. You will not be able to rely on what you normally do to keep your pants riding at where you're used to. Just keep that in mind so as to avoid possible embarrassment.

It is worth what you pay for it. Tight, tight, tight. Did I say tight. I got the XL and it should have been/is the right size. Once I figured out how to get in and out of this thing, it did what one would expect. Next issue is you will sweat like a pig. Soaked (and not just a little) through a shirt walking from the house to when the car a/c cooled it down. Spanx for men is more expensive, but a far better product, unless you live in Alaska and use it after October 1st.

The Insta Slim Compression Tank disappointed me greatly. Despite being made in the USA, the quality was subpar. It offered minimal tummy control and slimming effect, failing to live up to its claims. Additionally, the sizing ran small, making it uncomfortable to wear

At first I thought how am I getting it on then wondered how I'm getting it off. But I found the right technique for both and love this as my every workday undershirt. I don't have man boobs but when wearing certain materials my nips would slightly protrude enough for me to feel a little uncomfortable about it. My regular cotton under tees would help but just wanted something a bit more fitted. This undergarment took care of that very well. Some may have complained about too tight but I think that's what it's supposed to do at first you may feel it to be a smidge difficult to breathe but it's prolly cause you're not use to the pretty tight tight fit. I felt like a superhero cause of how tight it was. It also doesn't ride up and tucking in shirts can look very clean oppose to regular cotton under shirts which I used to use until this bad boy. It was a game changer. I wear large shirts regularly and that's the size I purchased. I also have a white one that I've been using for a couple of months. I hand wash and hang dry just so I don't risk messing up the the fit. It will stretch with consistent use but not to the point that is gets too loose. Wish the price was a bit cheaper but I use it 5 out 7 days a week so it's worth it. Also it won't make you appear slimmer although it may for some but it definitely will not make you look bigger. Personally I feel slimmer wearing it. Oh and it's also not noticeable under your shirts either, with certain materials you may see it slightly but not to the point of personal distraction.

Not exactly as advertised, but satisfactory enough to keep.

Very good product and very comfortable for a big guy. Highly recommended had it on all day and no issues.
