Fast and fun
This bike is so much fun to ride; I use it to commute in the city, it's fast enough to keep up with traffic and sporty in its handling. Only wish it was more convenient to charge this when one lives in an apartment.

Motor was not working. Error...03
I actually love this bike. The problem is it came not working. There was a harness inside of the engine cover that was not connected and it was showing a motor error. You cannot take off the motor cover without breaking warranty so this is not something anybody should have to deal with. But it was the lunar New Year and therefore everybody in China was shut down and partying so I could not get any customer service on what to do. I was going to send the bike back but I had already been through that with a large bike and then I have to take it apart send it back and it's a pain! So I'm glad I found this error and I was able to fix it and now I ride this bike. It is an awesome bike but I don't know if I can recommend the purchase cuz you may have to repair it yourself

Tall riders. I'm 250lbs, 6'2.
Bike does well and pretty fast. Don't not go 37 mph. Solid 25-27mph. I weigh 250lbs. Seats sucks brand new. It's painful on the cheeks after a while. Bike can feel slightly uncomfortable for people 6ft and above. Get a lot of impressed looks. Battery life is decent, assembly can be a pain in the ass

All in all a fun, good looking ride
The media could not be loaded. Fun bike to ride, a real head-turner. Great value for the money spent. This bike is perfect for a 6' person, after I got mine, I ordered one for my son. We ride on and off road and they never skip a beat.

Do NOT recommend
This bike was enormously heavy, huge and defective. After 30 min of road pavement riding. An E03 error code took over and left me with a useless brand new E-bike. They’re doing everything to prevent my return

Got 3 cut on tires. This tire gonna be replace.
Nice bike but front tires got 3 cuts. You guys can replace this.

I will give it 4 stars juat cause the brakes ate very loud ! You guys should have made the brakes sounds smoother , hitting the brakes on this Bike sounds like an Alarm
