I’m not sure of any actual nutritional benefit but I like it.

To be honest, I give 3 stars just because I respect the brand - I would've given less otherwise. I used to buy linden from them for quite a while, and it was great. Then the old listing was taken down, and this new one was listed instead. I bought it twice so far, but both times it's unfortunately mostly brackets. Even if I dig to the bottom of the bag, the flower content is fairly low. I might give it another go in a few months, perhaps a different batch would be better.

Not sure what kind of linden, or the way these are harvested. Instead of the unmistakable aroma that I was expecting (I grew up around linden trees), I was greeted by a nasty smell upon opening the bag. I will not be making any teas from them. Too bad they are non-returnable.
