KitchenCraft KCPCICEJUG Fridge Water Jug with Fruit Infuser and Ice Core, Plastic, 2.3 Litre

I was very happy when this jug arrived. It fits in the door of my fridge.The lid is quite difficult to fit and within 24 hours, it had ‘flicked off’ twice. The lid is now missing bits!I abandoned the infuser thing as I found it easier (and it tasted better) to just put fruit loose into the water in the jug.

If you are thinking of ordering one of the Kitchen Craft Jugs from this customer I would be prepared to wait as I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks and still no sign of it. Funds was taken out on the 13th June its now the 28th item was ordered on the 9th. Ive rated it as ok as have only seen it on the screen.

The product is advertised as polycarbonate Jug, but on the label attached to the jug, it is said to be crystal clear acrylic body. In fact polycarbonate is a material which is 2-3 more expensive than acrylic. Now I would like to hear supplier's clarification on the material of this jug - polycarbonate or acrylic?

The inner tube that you need to freeze with water cracked very soon after purchase. Tried to get a replacement but no reply from anyone.

The jar has great shape and looks modern and well made. Ice core is made of weak plastic got broken after 2 weeks, not what I was expecting. I would not recommend this item for everyday use.

Everybody loves this jug this is a second one I've bought its good quality and very big.

Fractures after a weeks daily use, lids lasted less, not fit repetitive use
