I purchased the previous generation of this robot pool cleaner back in March of 2021. My use was not for a pool but for my parents' in-ground feature fountain in their backyard. The small size of this robot worked perfectly for their in-ground fountain. I ran the robot weekly to keep their fountain dirt and debris free. The robot worked great and picked up leaves, dirt and bugs. It is extremely easy to use and more importantly, easy to clean!Fast forward approximately 1 year, as I ran the robot as I normally do, I noticed it wasn't moving. Turns out one of the wheels broke off. The vertical stem on top of the wheel that secures to the robot body had broken off, rendering the robot useless and unable to move.I was genuinely disappointed and decided to reach out to Aiper customer service. I described what had happened to the robot and sent a picture of the broken wheel. I didn't have a alot of expectations about getting any help. Honestly, I was expecting the email to go into a black hole and I would never hear back. To my surprise, I got an email reply back first thing Monday morning! (I had emailed them during the weekend.)Cindy was the representative who responded and honestly couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. She got 2 replacement wheels shipped out right away and provided tracking number. It didn't take long for the wheels to arrive and I replaced the one that broke and the robot is up and running once again doing it's thing to keep our fountain clean!Cindy followed up every step of the way, making sure I received the wheels and made sure my robot is functioning properly again before closing out the case.Thank you Cindy and thank you AIPER for standing by your product!

We received today - charged him up and turned him loose. Worked very well. Product info says does not pick up large debris but there were some tree berries on the bottom of the pool and it sucked them right up. Did not pick up large leaves - but that was okay - were only a couple. Pool is spotless.

(Read the rollar coaster below)------------------------------Final review:They both broke down the same way in the same amount of time; two weeks in, the jet below the logo stops working and it won't go back and forth anymore.I wish they would get this product working better because when it did work it was great.------------------------------Original review:When it does get in this corner it's suck going back and forth for 10 or more minutes. This is build up from a windstorm we had but we've ran the poolba 3 times already and this is what's left after it's hour of work.An extra step or two is nessessary when running it; we sweep the dirt off the walls and out of the corners into the center of the pool where the poolba does most of it's better work and when it gets stuck in the step corner we have to just use the hook it came with and replace it to the middle of the pool.The parts of the pool it travels well across it does pick up ALOT of dirt and leaves.It's a keeper because it does like....80% of the work for us and is very easy to operate...no bulky hoses or hooking it up to the pump. Just rinse, charge and go.------------------------------Original review Update:I will be filing for an exchange; the jet under the logo doesn't kick on when it hits a wall and just wastes battery thinking there isn't a wall when it should be kicking in to go back and forth.------------------------------2nd update:I got my replacement todayyyyy! It's perfect. Came with good charge out of the box, it does not have the wall detection problem and it even gets itself out of corners. It still vacuums just as good and I'm very happy. Thank you for sending a replacement that works. Thre only difference between the two physically is that the new one that works has clear plastic where the handle fits into and the dud we are sending back has grey plastic where the handle fits into.

The media could not be loaded.  Runs until it hits a wall then will not come off of it. Acts like it’s stuck. Have to baby sit it the entire time it cleans, you should be able to start this and walk away but you cannot.—— EDIT ——After talking with customer service, they offered to send me an upgraded vacuum at no cost. So far the replacement works great. Great customer service

I purchased this for our new above ground pool. I have used it twice so far and it seems to be working pretty good. It pick up bits of grass and even hair. It moves around the pool on its own. The only issue is that it does not park itself at the edge of the pool. It parks near the center in the same spot both times. I do like that I don't have to have the pool pump running to clean the bottom of the pool. Keep in mind this wont clean the sides of the pool. I do have a ripple in the bottom of the pool that was not flattened during fill up. The robot goes over the ripple with not issue.

Works really well in our pool.Decided to tie a float to the handle which is easier than trying to grab the handle with the hook.

Our pool hoover lasted one summer and now does not work. We have reached out to both the supplier and the manufacturer and neither of them are willing to help. The supplier has stated that it is only in warranty for 30 days-for such an expensive electrical item this is shocking! Fine if you’re willing to replace regularly at your own expense but otherwise stay well clear!
