Q: Is it adjustable for ratio between crank pulley and alternator pulley?

Yes there is a button on the back of the unit that you can use to set the ratio of pulses received and the rpm shown on the dial. It is mentioned in the instruction leaflet. I used a strobing app on my smart phone to get a approximation of engine rpm then adjusted the gauge to match. Used on a Volvo MD2020.

Q: Is the wiring loom included in the package?

Yes. Everything you need is there as far as I know. We didn't need anything extra.

Q: Alternator connection?

what alternator do you have i have a60Alucas alternator with separate terminal for taco make sure the unit is connected with one wire to that and that negative connection is good on the instrument it looks good and is relatively steady without too much needle shake hope that helps if you have anlucas 18 car you will need to solder in a separate phase wired use a bullet or spade and female totally insulated connector
