Not better than the wood. But its good and hold up well

Easy to assemble
I needed a box spring to make the mattress sit higher. This was perfect for what I needed. Easy to put together. I took off one star because I would rather the fabric go around the framing fully verses just the top and sides.

Full box spring is larger than full bed frame.
The box spring is sturdy and easy to assemble. However, it is wider by about 3/4inch than a full bed frame and will not fit.

Good difference
I really enjoyed this boxspring. Definitely feels more durable super easy to set up and I personally love the height on it. I like from my bed to sit up a little bit higher. This was amazing and I feel like it definitely can hold and support more weight five stars for me.
