I'm now in my 50's and I do worry about bone density as I age. There are a lot of supplements on the market and i've never really known what to try and what is proven to be effective.I ordered these and have been taking them for a couple of weeks. There is no way for me to tell if they are working but i'm hopeful they will make a difference over time.The capsules are a regular expected size and shape and easy to swallow. There is no taste or after taste which is great. The packaging and label looks legit.All good so far!

These D3 capsules are super small and clear and easy to swallow. Per the nutrition label, 1 capsule per day equals 1000 i.u. Which is a good maintenance dose. The container arrived sealed for safety. My only concern is where was this product was manufactured? I found no information on the container or online. It matters to me what company and where the supplements I consume are produced.

These Vitamin D-3 1000IU softgels are very small and easy to swallow. They have no aftertaste and I haven't experienced any stomach upset even when taking them on an empty stomach.The container was sealed and undamaged during shipping. The container it comes in has a nice screw cap top.I've had my vitamin D levels tested recently and it turns out that they are low. I've finished my higher prescription of vitamin D and will continue taking a vitamin D-3 supplement to maintain a healthy level.

The attractive packaging might give you the perception that this supplement is a somehow uniquely different form of Vitamin D but it is a straight forward 1000 ul dose of Vitamin D3.I became interested in this product when I learned that an estimated 40 percent of Americans are vitamin D deficient. The recommended daily allowance for an adult is estimated between 600 ul and 800 ul however some may suggest a 5000 ul dose so I believed that a supplement with 1000 ul sounded perfect for my use. This product contains 120 softgels while some other competing products at this price point may have 180 - 300 per container.My overall perception is this is a quality source of Vitamin D3 and I would gladly order it again.
