This is a very good product.You can buy cheap ones from eBay but they will not be as sharp or as robust.I highly recommend you buy this one.It's been well established as the best company and it's being used in professional kitchens.One tip - while it is not being publicised in that fashion (probably for legal reasons) the correct way of using it for optimal results is not only against the grain but also perpendicular to the grain.This is something you can't do if tenderising a thin steak. Then you just have to "do what you can" by at least going against the grain so that the flat side of the knives is shortening the fibres.Ideally though, with a thicker piece of meat, you want to use it from the sides (as well) in order to trim the fibres from both ends.This is a dangerous operation since you have to hold the piece of meat balanced on it's side and if you miss you cut your hand badly.You should only follow this if you're sure about your abilities and preferably while wearing slash-proof gloves.This is why you will not see this tip in the manual. The company would prefer not to get into lawsuits (I would imagine) but I guarantee you that this is how professionals are using it when possible.

Questa volta il tempo di consegna é stato lunghissimo, credo sia per la distanza, comunque il prodotto è molto robusto, semplicissimo sia da usare che da pulire, ho provato a trattare una costata per metà e si sente veramente la differenza ma il gusto non ha subito cambiamenti; io in verità l'ho preso per le braciole e bistecchine di maiale da fare in settimana sulla piastra che di solito sembrano in gress porcellanato!!! sono soddisfatto. Ciao a tutti.

oggetto essenziale per carnivori come me. rende tenera la carne e riduce il tempo di cottura preservando i nutrienti. robusto, ad oggi è come nuovo dopo innumenrevoli utilizzi. pure il mio macellaio lo usa.

かなり使いましたが刃の切れ味、剛性は問題ありません。刃をかなり入れても肉がバラバラになったりすることもなく柔らかくて美味しいと家族評です。肉汁が漏れる?ご心配なく。柔らかい方が遥かに美味いです。製品は機構部分のオイル臭さが残っていますが肉に臭いが移ることもないので気にしなければなんともありません。
