WORTH IT!
I've bought this product in the past and I was able to lose 27 pounds as a result from 200 Lbs to 173 Lbs! (I left my last one in the laundry room to air dry after a wash and I believe someone took it but thats neither here nor there) It is indeed machine washable just don't toss it in the dryer or leave it unattended. You won't believe how much you'll sweat. Great way to augment your workouts especially cardio! I don't recommend it for squats or heavy lifts. Although I haven't had a problem with the seems or material durability I have noticed it can be bit restrictive to your range of movement. Also you'll notice the first couple of times you use it that your body temp will rise quickly and you'll feel flush faster. PLEASE KNOW YOUR LIMITS. Don't assume you'll be able to run the same amount of miles or time as you would without it. Ease into it, have patience, work hard, and you'll see LASTING results before you know it!

On my weight loss journey a friend recommended this suit in place of the sauna belt I was wearing .... This has major results for my entire body and not just my belly... Since this picture I have lots more inches than weight ... I would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends

It fits perfect. The size chart was accurate
I was definitely impressed with this item. It fits perfect. The size chart was accurate. I am 4'11" 165 to 170lbs. I would definitely recommend this item if you are looking to lose weight and tighten up those loose areas.

Good work out suit
This work out suit seems to be durable and fit as said. I have only had the suit since 11/18/2016 so it has been under two weeks of workouts and it is holding up great. The suit fit ok not to tight where I can not perform my workouts and not to loose where is it flopping around getting in the way of movements. This is the workouts that I have been performing in the suit.1, burpees2. running 5 miles everyday.3. standing crunches.4. stair climbers5. running stadiums stairs.6. squats. The suit has not had any issues with movements. I have not seen any tears, rips of any kind. The only thing I have an issue with is that since it does not cover the whole body like some suits it does not give me the same sweat as other suit. On the other hand the other suits have not even lasted one week of workout as listed above.I will update my review in thirty days to see if thing are going well or not.

Awesome!
The fit for women is a bit off. Well, it's obviously made with a man's body in mind. HOWEVER, the effectiveness is there regardless. I run in this thing, covered up though LOL. I would not be seen in public with this outfit to save my life, but I just wear light leggins over it with a shirt and no one can tell, lol. It does exactly what it's intended to and I love it. I will consider buying another one when the one I got gets tired. I wash it in the gentle cycle with cold water and just a tad of detergent. Comes out looking like new :D Totally recommend!!

Quality: A. Effectiveness/Usage: C
I purchased a M and a S, but I'm right in between these two sizes so I decided to spare myself the pain of forcing myself into a S and kept the M. The M was loose around the arms and legs. I reached out to the company and they explained that as long as the torso is snug, it should work.I workout every day. 2 Lift or HIIT days to 1 yoga day. I have worn this suit through it all and I'm not convinced that it has improved anything. Background:I have been working out every day for the last 5 months. Workouts are between 45-90 minutes and of varying intensity. I usually wear a slimming belt to add support to my back and core.Stats:(*) Weight - remained the same(*) Sweating - On the first day, I thought I sweat more than usual because when I removed the suit, my body felt relieved and my undies were soaking wet. BUT that is really because that's simply where the sweat pools thanks to gravity and being in a contraption/suit.(*) I wear a Fitbit Versa and here are info from it:HR - My resting HR was and is at 64. My cardio HR did not increase.Fatburn HR - I did not see an increase in chronic Fatburn HR. I burn between 4-8 hours daily.(*) Movement - Since the arms and legs were a little loose, I found the suit restrictive. It was a little stiff so doing jumping lunges, for example, was a little more difficult (it's not good because you should always focus on maintaining your form while working out to minimize injury and maximize results). On the other hand, mountain climbers were not difficult to accomplish while wearing these.(*) Form - I liked that once I'm zipped up, I felt tight. BUT that sometimes has allowed me to not focus on tightening my core. So this is something I have to work on, but a good FYI. The first and second time I worked out, I needed to unzip my chest because I found it hard to breathe - I was not winded or out of breath in any way, I was simply feeling slightly claustrophobic in it ... strange. It only happened those two times and never happened again though, so I guess I grew out of it.(*) Lifting - Overhead presses are really tough while wearing this suit, and I had a lot of room in my shoulders and arms. So if you're considering this suit for weight lifting, I would not recommend it.(*) Yoga - Bending over and squats were OK in this. Twists were are little more challenging because I was hyper-aware of the zipper feel and sweat feeling while wearing this.(*) Maintenance - Very easy. I simply wipe off after I work out. I did not use a sweat enhancement oil/lotion.(**) Customer Service from this company was excellent. They were prompt and professional. Before buying this, I read up on the research that was done by a group of university students/professors. The research noted that the sample population were all sedentary people who would be wearing the suit and working out for the first time in a while. Naturally, you lose a lot of water and weight when you come from doing 0 to doing something/100. SO, for someone who has been working out for 5 months, I did not see results like this sample population. So, if you're starting out, maybe this would be a great addition to your gym equipment. Otherwise, if you've been working out for a while, I'd skip this and opt for a slimming belt.

STRONG MATERIAL, GREAT FOR SWEATING
I really like this suit. I find myself slowing down so that I don't sweat when I workout and, this suit solves that problem. I bought the 4X. I am a pear shape with a 52" hip measurement. My waist is about 46". My chest however is 38". So the top of the suit is more loose and the legs are snug, but it is a unisex suit and I expected the legs to be snug since women have more hips/thighs ( and I'm a bit chunky). I read the reviews before purchasing and someone mentioned wearing some type of under garment to help when you remove the suit which makes the wet suit easier to remove once the workout is done. I used cuddl duds until my DrSkin compression tights arrived. I hope this rambling review helps. If you buy one you won't be disappointed!

Early days, but a good piece of kit.
As my age has increased, so has my waist size. I'm very active. eat very little, however I have people running around me for exercise. As I've got older, I've stopped running (i used to run 8 miles a day) and taken up Mountain biking. So as I am used to doing around 20 miles a day, I'd thought, I could increase my metabolic burn rate by wearing one of these. Well it arrived pretty nifty. Its exactly like a short sleeve wetsuit, other than fabric inserts at the armpits and crouch areas so as to those areas to breath. Easy to put on and it was no problem wearing it under a pair of trousers and t shirt. Yes It did make me look bulky, but who cares what I looked like.Worn this while mountain biking a couple of times, the last ion a really hot sunny day. I ensured I hydrated well, but tell you what, you can really feel the heat escaping, when you pull the collar a little. I cycled around 21 miles over a period of 2 and 1/2 hours. No issues while wearing the suit. No rubbing, or chaffing. The only issue was a little restriction in movement, but that is only too be expected. At the time , I didn't feel any worse for wear. But then I do train on a regular basis.Next day, felt a little dehydrated, and my legs arched a little. But all in all most impressed. will update as I go along.

Comfortable works perfect.
Fits comfortable, you really do start feeling the heat, and sweat with in a few minutes of wearing this. Just below the arm pits, where the seams are joined, a tiny bit of discomfit kind of shape and scratchy, once wearing for a few minutes it's unnoticeable. But other than that works perfectly. Just be carful when training in it that you don't suffer heat exhaustion and fatigue. As it will come round quickly.
