WATSONS Wall Mounted 40cm Floating Shelf - Pack of Two - White

I had a new bathroom fitted earlier this year and these floating shelves are mounted on the wall above the loo. I use them to store loo rolls, spare hand towels and a couple of green glass bottles. They look superb against a soft grey wall and my builder told me they were easy to put up. Arrived on time with minimal packaging. Am very happy with them.

These shelves are very good quality and easy to install - they have completed the "look" of our little downstairs loo! I can totally recommend them.

Ordered these looking for something of a higher quality to the cheaper MDF products available. The support bars on the two shelves were both badly warpped out of shape with one spoke pointing upwards, the other downwards. The twisted support bar means that the shelves are noticeably cock-eyed on the wall.I'd have expected this from some of the cheaper floating shelves, but this is priced a premium shelf. Don't bother as you don't get a decent product

These shelves are very poor. First of all one was chipped. Then after having fitted the bracket to the wall I noticed the bracket is not aligned with the holes of the shelf! So it simply wouldn’t fit! Had to hammer the bracket and expand the holes at the detriment of the product. Wouldn’t even expect this of a cheap product and this was not cheap.

Fitted the bracket to the wall ok but the hole in the shelf doesn't line up with the hole in the prong that sticks out so we haven't fixed the shelves to the bracket but it doesn't matter as shelf can't really fall off the prongs as they fit quite snug. Other than that quality is ok for the money & serves the purpose we bought for which was to hold towels on our ensuite bathroom wall

Looks nice once up on Wall but:Brackets are not straight. I had to bend both to make them straighter so that they are flat against the wall.Would have been nice to have instructions so you can double check the bracket is right way up.No covers for shelf screw holes.Shelf screws to hold onto bracket still cause the bracket to not be secured to shelf 100%. Slight wobble still.Comes with fixtures which is good but I would use wall anchors/molly anchors.My DIY experience level is 'Expert'

Ordered two of these shelves, one arrived damaged but replacement was received within 24 hours on Christmas eve. Excellent service! Nice looking, sturdy shelf and easy to put up.
