Solid, well made filter. Not sure it provides the intended outcome; “better water” while showering.
Super high quality. No doubt this thing is made in the USA. But as a guy who is white collar type professional but once home I am blue collar capable and practicing most every day. Sadly I can’t confidently say that I am able to recognize the softer water benefits being generated as a result of this special filter. Perhaps it is just me. Girlfriend who is as dainty as can be, was not able to recognize the benefits of the filtered shower water with supposedly less chemicals. Open to suggestions, should anyone from the company that mfgs and sells this product, is willing and able to offer.

After buying five different brand Plastic filters that all broke, I decide to invest in the Hammerhead Filter, this thing is actually all metal, unlike the others that are all 100% plastic! Perfect fit, feels very heavy duty, Great quality, easy to install, and no leaks:-)

Broken Water Main Tested
Could really tell that this is high quality when our water main broke. The water in the tub was dirty and smelly, but the filtered shower was good as ever. We had to boil water for 4 days but the shower was fine.

Highly recommend.
This filter is a game changer. I’ve been suffering from hair dryness and breakage since I moved into my new home, and once I did my research and settled on this product, I could not believe the difference in my hair from the first shower. Wish I had discovered this years ago.

High quality item with one criticism.
As with all hammerhead fittings, the stainless steel work is excellent. Really high-quality and it will last for years! My only criticism is that there is no swivel on either end of the filter. In this case, in our shower, this leads to our hammerhead shower handle being pitched too high Because it also does not have a swivel.
