This decently priced dental guard comes with a spare and a case. The guard was super easy to mold to my upper teeth. I read the instructions, then wrapped the device in wet paper towel and warmed it up for 35 seconds in my 900 W microwave.I have forward head posture and TMJ. I thought I might be grinding my teeth and hoped a guard would stop pain in a molar. Well, I’m not grinding my teeth anymore and the tooth still needs help, but wonder of wonders, sleeping with this comfortable thing over my teeth has stopped my snoring. I can tell because my mouth doesn’t dry out, I drink much less water during the night, and I get up much less often to use the toilet. I sleep and sleep! The device fills a small gap where my tongue should go, and now while I sleep, there’s a vacuum inside my mouth that makes it hard for my mouth to fall open. Holy moly. The company actually provides two mouth guards in case you mess one up. In fact they have a guarantee printed on their instruction booklet that they will send you more if you mess up those two. That's a very nice commitment from the company.The instruction book was also very nice and easy to understand. It was well illustrated and well written. It didn't indeed come with two mouth guards and a nice case. This case is big enough to hold both of them.So I tried to mold one of them to my teeth. It is easy to heat up and warm the mold itself. It is quite difficult to try to get a good fit and you're wondering if you are doing this correctly. However the mold is somewhat forgiving and you can get this to eventually mold to your teeth. This is definitely not better than a professionally done set of dental guard. If you go to a dentist to have a dental guard professionally done they will take impressions of your teeth and then send it to a lab to be made. They also use a much harder plastic material to make the guard. This item is a stopgap measure off the shelf for those who may not have insurance or the ability to pay for a dental card themselves.Nevertheless after making my guard I went to sleep with it to see if I could sleep the whole night without being uncomfortable. Fortunately I was able to sleep my usual way the whole night.

I’m an anxious grinder, so much so that I’m chipping my teeth and aching my jaw. I have been using this very easy to set-up night guard for about a week now and notice that my jaw is not in pain when I wake up! Very easy to set-up and helps prevent grinding

Too big. Even after shaping it, its way to big to keep in mouth and close it. I even tried one to make it work.

I have reheated one of mine 3 times and the other 4 times to try and get it them to work and they still won't go in my mouth without cutting the front of my gums. One cuts it on the right side and the other is both sidesThey do not fit no matter how I adjust them and they also don't fit in the back the same on each side. This was a total waste of money. I would not recommend..I can't use either one.

I was very disappointed that the product came completely unsealed, meaning that anyone could have potentially taken the mouth guards out and tampered with them. Considering that this is a dental product, I strongly prefer it to be sealed for the peace of mind. In fact all the other dental products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss) all come sealed.

Directions were simple and I like not having to boil in water to shape. Custom fit and is comfortable at night. Would recommend.

The mouth guard is pretty good. The instructions were easy to follow, and it even worked to redo the molding part. It is a bit big for smaller mouths but overall it's pretty good.
