Best purchase ever
I live in Venice Beach and my bike is literally the talk of town.Had an issue with my previous purchase and the seller did such an amazing job of making sure I was good. Can not overrecommend.

Stopped working after 22 miles
I was so happy to receive this e bike. I loved it , until it stopped working 2 weeks after I received it. The bike only has 22 miles on it and will not go faster than 1 mph. With or without weight on the bike. I contacted customer service and they approved the return , if I somehow box it back up and pay for return shipping. Unacceptable. Do not buy!!!

Looked good until it would not charge
I was excited when I got it rode it around for a good bit till it started running low on battery went to plug in and charge did not work was very disappointed because it is a nice unit and fun for the kids and first time riders good build quality good speed easy assembly but would not take charge
