So far this frame is wonderful. Easy to use. Wanted to use it in landscape but pics from phone fill frame turned up. I was able to set the hours I wanted it to run. Very satisfied.

This frame works well, there is no question.What does not is remote uploading. You need to set up your e-mail and upload… Well, not so fast, the upload does not always work for some reason, so do not rely on it too much.You can use a 1 TB microcard as additional memory. THAT is great, no question about it.If there is a way to play music during the slide show, I did not find it. (user information/error).It does not really matter, as the audio is of poor quality, in my opinion. One more thing, the frame extracts the image from the audio file and adds it to the images' collection. THAT is an issue. Who wants an album art to display?Video, as stated, the sound quality is abysmal (IMO) so unless you like mute video, and you want the sound, either deal with it or select another frame.I give four stars simply because of the massive memory (CF card). It might be an overkill considering my negative comment, but other frames are limited when it comes to CF card capacity.

I absolutely love this! The picture quality is great and my family enjoys watching all the pics. If you set your phone camera settings correctly the pic will take up the entire screen. The pics are super easy to upload.

Solid construction with all the supplies you need to install it. The operating system is not fast but the interface was very easy to navigate. I loaded 300 movie poster files with no problem. You do need to be aware of system requirements but they are discussed in the user manual. The remote is well planned out with just the right button selection to help you easily navigate. The BEST feature is the screen. It is bright, accurate and has a wide viewing angle. It is not thin but that wasn't what I wanted. I was looking for a box that felt like the backlit poster frames from when I worked in a movie theatre. I added LED backlights that I plugged into the frame's USB-C port for power. I also installed an in-wall cable management kit so I could hide the cord. I LOVE it.NOTE: The first one I ordered could not get past the welcome screen. It seemed to be a software issue. I contacted the service department and they were very good at getting back within 24 hours. After a couple of suggestions from the service team that did not work I decided to send it back. The day after I did the service team responded with instructions to reset the frame software. This probably would have worked so I will include those instructions here. "You can try to reset the frame to see if the problem can be solved. There are two holes for the charging port on the back of the photo frame. Please try to poke them with a needle. These two positions are the upgrade hole and the reset hole."When the second frame came it worked perfectly. I am very happy with it and I hope it lasts for a long time.

First one went black and died in the first month. Amazon sent a replacement. A bit of a hassle sending back the dead one.Works well. A bit difficult for older people to understand. It was a gift for grandparents.A new daily code to ad a user/contributer is a hassle for older folks but increases security.

They item stopped reloading pics after several attempts. Turn off and. on still did not work only took 15pics. Barely work as described. I returned it only to get a response stating this " We will issue your refund within 30 days from the time your return is picked up.
