Q: Are the wheels on this beach cart plastic or rubber?

Yes, the All-Terrain wheels are made of durable rubber and also plastic parts which are protecting rubber parts.

Q: I cannot collapse and fold this cart... any pointers?

There is a loop right in the middle of the mesh part...simply pull up on it and it collapses automatically. Then just scrunch it all together.

Q: Even with lighter loads in the wagon, the middle of it is not going down. Is this normal?
