Great filament, spool is horrible!
I know some people have already mentioned the spool size weirdness, not only is it a wider spool but the BQ logo on the side protrudes even further and just gets stuck on my spool holder in places other wider spools haven't even touched! For those with specific printers, JGAurora A5, the spool fits on but you have to reverse (because of the logo catching) and load from it feeding from the top of the spool. Anycubic i3 - had to make a freestanding spool holder as did not fit on the one attached to the machine. Monoprice Mini Delta, actually works fine!Have used several of the newer 'clear' spools, and whilst the winding looks good, i have had several tangles - and i'm pretty good at taking care of my filament between changes. One was definitely not my fault as i literally unhooked a brand new filament and stuck it straight in the machine....then it tangled half way through a print.I print at 215 anyway so no trouble with this filament at the temperature. Sort the spools out with a normal sized one and it would be my go to filament, great colours hence me keep coming back and buying them, some colours i can't get from other manufacturers with normal spools - it does still make me cringe everytime i know i need to print something in BQ because of the hassle of the spool, which is a 'reel' shame ;) because most of the time its print quality from filaments i complain about, but not here!

Improved greatly!
I've bought BQ about 2 years ago, but wasn't very impressed back then. Now, on special offer, decided to give it another go and i'm impressed! They rebranded the packaging, spool is wound properly (not a mess like before) and more importantly, it prints very nicely without issues. Also the spool size is different then i've seen before. Smaller, a bit wider, but very compact. So far tried the Turquoise one, which is a great color and the Sulphur Yellow, also great.I usually print on 215C FL/205C and 60C bed temp and it's great, with some stringing, but nothing out of the ordinary and especially nothing to complain about considering the price.I'll order more next time :-)

Good Quality, but Winding Could Have Been Better
I've used quite a few different BQ filaments over the months, they have all been pretty consistently good, the main difference being the 'go' range tends to be glossy whereas the older range (with the black as opposed to clear reels) tend to be matt in finish.I would have given this type 5 stars, but unfortunately (and unusually) this reel was not wound well and kept catching due to cross-overs etc... even managing to snap the filament at one point. Other than that it printed quite well apart from a little stringing - again unusual for BQ filaments.

Sometimes OK, sometimes not
I've bought a fair few rolls of BQ filament over the last few years, however my last 2 rolls, one in sulphur yellow, one in violet, both had issues. The yellow clogged 2 nozzles before I gave up on it, leaving a weird fluffy blockage in both 0.6mm nozzles, the plastic around the nozzle when it happens is like taffy and requires tugging away with pliers, even at 230 degrees, the pink randomly oozes much softer grey plastic, that appear as ugly over extrusion lumps in a murky gray colour on the print. Very strange things happening at the BQ factory!

Very good for the price
I bought the transparent filament due to the price. I had a few teething problems regarding finding a good temperature on an Ender 3 pro but once I figured to print at 200% on a 60% bed, all was fine. I then transferred it to an Ender 5 Plus and printed out a rather large Lego Man toilet roll holder and it came out perfect. I will definitely buy more as it is a very good price and works well.

Terrible performance and print quality for me.
I bought this as a super cheap prototyping filament. But unfortunately for me it's really bad! It contracts at different rates causing splitting, prints come out deformed with lots of errors. Poor adhesion between layer lines.I genuinely thought my ender 3 and ender 5 plus had spontaneous issues! But going back to my regular filament and things were perfect and smooth again.

Poor quality, air pockets, small spool size. Twisted.
Not good.Spool is small and wide, doesn't fit normal spool holders. Also small spool plays a part in twisted filiment.Popping sounds, dips in the print due to air pockets. It's twisted on the spool, due to this it's snapped three times in the extruder gear. Then twisted at the entrance to the hot end, thus blocking it.12 hours into last print.. 1 hour to go and it blocks. Whole print wasted.I'll be returning it ASAP.

Pretty good filament. Surprised me.
Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this filament considering it's price. Not premium quality as the diameter was out but prints better than other sinilar filament. May purchase more in the future if it stays around the £12 for this quality.*Picture, Settings HAVEN'T BEEN TUNED for BASIC ANET A8. Fine tuned i think it could print considerably better and almost perfect.
