Very cuteMy friend said, her daughter really likes her birthday gift! The doll is made very realistically. It has a very cute baby face and cuddly. too much dark hair, and soft body. She looks like a cute Hispanic baby.

This little girl with her vinyl skin, rooted hair, and big blue eyes is just adorable! According to the user manual that comes with her, the hair is apparently "hand-implanted mohair" and there is information about how to care for both the hair and body of this doll in that 'user manual' included with her.She comes with a birth certificate, a bottle, a magnetic binkie, and a changing pad (I believe that is the Urinary Cushion on the product page, apparently?). Her adorable little outfit includes a VERY cute little hat, a onesie with an embroidered bear (I guess?) on it. She also has cute little pants with hearts - and a dark pink ruffle butt! - and socks that look like little shoes on her. She already has a diaper on, but no extra one included.Her hair is thick and short, and her head is in a hair/face net for care. Her hands are wrapped in plastic, and her feet are already enclosed in socks. Her body is cloth, and the weighting is only so-so. The arms move fairly easily, but the legs do not seem to be as easy to move. The finger and toenails are both the "white tip" with clear polish to provide some sense of realism. Her big blue eyes are just gorgeous! She has super thick, long eyelashes. Her eyebrows are drawn on. She has a cute little button nose and a little bow mouth. The skin on her has nice shading. Her arms and legs are hollow vinyl.She's very pretty! Recommend.

The doll came with hat and net on head. Hair is a mess and sheds something awful. But 5yo granddaughter would be heartbroken if I sent her baby back!!!

There were a few imperfections (white on nail went onto finger) and a small black mark on the chin. But it is beautiful.The cloth goes up the neck a bit, so you'll have to make sure that's not showing if you get other clothes. Also the cloth is down the shoulders and part of the upper arm. Same with down to the upper thighs. That means you can't just have diapers or clothes that don't go down like shorts. The shirt will need some sort of sleeves too.The neck can turn and as can the legs to pose. I couldn't seem to get the arms to spin/rotate though. It was no big deal. The baby was able to pose still easily enough.The pacifier is magnetic. No lanyard. No baby stuffed animal. The hood hat bonnet thing is super cute. It has ears. The hair isn't the drawn on type. It comes with advice on how to care for the hair. I would heed the advice.The baby should fit newborn clothes just fine as long as you cover up the parts that are cloth, it will look like a sleeping baby. It's so adorable! I can hardly notice that the eyebrows are drawn on. The eyelashes are not drawn on.The creases in the feet are so adorable!!! It looks really good. I personally would get baby clothes for it and not doll clothes. The newborn baby clothes make it look more realistic than the doll clothes you see. The clothes it has are cute and make it look realistic.The bottle is able to hold liquids too, and it looks like a real bottle, so that's a plus.If it's a collectors item, this is a really nice one. If it's for the little one, it'll look like a real baby for them. Super duper cute!
