Manufacturer sent me the actual manufacturing report. This is 100% polycarbonate luggage. I really enjoy this suitcase but did notice items that need improvement. Still a great suitcase that is really well made.1. The bag needs a permanent top handle so that you don't have a baggage handler leaving the push button handle up. Right now the only handle is the retractable one and that is a risk of failure. I recognize the completely flat top is desired but the risk of damage to the handle is too great. Friends, family, Taxi, and uber drivers will be loading this bag and may not be gentle in this process.2. On carpet, items on top are awkward. Really needs a shelf or bungee to make sure items don't fall off the top when pulling on carpet. On a bag with a narrow handle the handle serves this purpose. As the handle is edge, there isn't an easy way to do this.3. The "cinch" for clothing inside needs to have the tail end cut or just be longer. This ensures you are still able to cinch clothing while maximizing the packaged space. As it was anchored, I found it difficult to capitalize on the space as I could not reach the buckle. I had to repack a few times before making the decision to cut the chinch tail. I used the lighter to seal the edges to ensure they wouldn't fray.4. Would greatly appreciate a way to prop the suitcase open in s 90○ poistion. That would be a nylon strap that could hook between the two sides to keep the suitcase open when space is limited.Suitcase is very easy to clean after use and comes with a white dust cover for storage. When the luggage is open, it doesn't lie flat and has a 2.5 inch difference between the smallest and largest size. Fun, colorful luggage that is nearly perfect.

In photos, the carry on luggage looked beautiful, however, the actual quality was so much not worth the price. It is hard case plastic that had so little space inside

The luggage looks very good and well made. However it is very difficult to set your own code.

I just received last night, and so far looks good. Internal zipper handle (need to open to set combination) missing. Everything else looks fine. I will be travelling in a couple of weeks, we shall see then.Update Jan 2024Checked in once, two changes of planes from east coast to Southeast Asia, and it survived nicely. Nothing broke, rollers work fine, barely any scratches. I'll update on the way back where I'll have to collect luggage on the second stop for customs. And recheck-in for the second leg.
