Twisting
Not liking the grinding. I checked to make shure that it had not lost bearings. It did not.

Twist, twist, twist!
Very nice and durable. This board is great for twisting the fat from around my waist. I usual will use for about 10-15 mins a day. It is no joke!It is very easy to use. I will suggest that when first attempting to use it, make sure you have something to hold onto until you get use to it as it spins easily and you could lose your balance.I use it on my hardwood floor and I have not had any scratches from using it. The size is perfect. I have small feet anyway (6.5), so my feet fit on it easily.Overall, I really like it. Works great!

Easy to use
I tried this torsion board for a few days. It rotates smoothly, the ground is not slippery, and the board is firm and not deformed. I like it very much.

The media could not be loaded. Comes fully assembled. Takes up no space. Easy to put store away. Easy to use. Just as described. Very sturdy. Very quiet. Worth the price. You will definitely fell the soreness next day.
