The media could not be loaded.  This has been a lifesaver with these recent 90+ temps. This thing is so nice looking too very modern white matte with a nice finish and sleek button panel. Runs quiet and quickly cools. I personally was very impressed with how the exhaust hose does not get as hot as many portable AC units I have had in the past. The window kit was easy to assemble with little plugs instead of bolts. It has a lot of running modes. The dehumidifier works pretty fast and it has a nice indicator light so you know which mode it is set to. It is also way small and light for as powerful as it is. Plus we are able to use it in the RV because it doesn't draw too much power for our generator. I would definitely buy again.

nice and strong. My situation was unique that I could not install a window unit so I had to get something like this. Anyone able to install a windo unit definitely go that route they are better than portable solutions. With that being said , I have no complaints. A little pricey so I would suggest waiting for a sale , but this AC does the job. Got a nice remote and cools the house down. Also I did not know it also heats till i got it so thats a nice surprise. I wouldn reccomend.

I used it right after I received it. The air conditioner is simple, elegant and easy to install. The room felt cool not long after it was turned on. It has a good cooling effect and does not take up much space. It is a good thing worth buying.

Seems to work very well so far, but we haven’t hit the dog days of summer yet. But I chose it specifically for its smart controls, and I had a tough time figuring out how to control it with Alexa—no documentation for smart functions anywhere, and the manual that came with the ac was very poorly written/translated and sometimes wrong, such as when the very first instruction is “Put it in a horizontal position.” For those with the same Alexa question, the solution is:1. Install the Tuya Smart app on your phone. Use the Tuya Smart app, don’t just search for “Smart Life” as the user manual tells you to, or you’ll end up with an app that is full of full-screen ads and constantly attempts to talk you into spending lots of money. The Amazon page for this ac says you can control it with Govee Home (which I use for other devices, so it would have been preferred), but I don’t see anything in Govee for smart air conditioners.2. Turn on wifi on the ac by holding down the Timer button for 5 seconds so you can pair it (the manual mentions that function, but not in the wifi set-up section where it would have really been helpful).3. Install the Tuya Smart skill in Alexa. At this point, Alexa can only turn the unit on or off.4. Create "tap to run" scenes in Tuya Smart app for every individual command you might want to give it (like Sleep Mode or High Fan or a specific temperature setting).5. Alexa will import the scenes, then you have to tell Alexa “Turn on” whatever you named each scene. If you just try to use the scene name as a command, it will respond “Your device doesn’t support that,” which is a bit unintuitive if you want to use it to “Turn on 74 degrees” or "Turn on turn off sleep mode."

This a/c works perfect for keeping my room cool in the summer, it started cool down my room temperature within just a few minutes. Stylish design, with its own WiFi app controlling. First, the product came in well-packaged and delivered way faster than it was expected. A quick installation guide is provided for how to set it up, which I got it done within 15 mins. More importantly, it is not as noisy than the other air conditioners I had purchased, compact size air conditioner but so powerful. Definitely a worth of what I paid for.

J'ai commandé ce petit lustre afin de le mettre en haut de mon escalier. il est arrivé quand même rapidement vue la pandémie. Il est arrivé bien emballé , en parfait état. Les globes étaient intacts! J'aimais bien le fait qu'une des branches soit plus longue. L'effet est très intéressant. La luminosité est vraiment extra. En revanche les goulots étaient blancs... Je les ai peinturés noir et voilà! C'est un bon rapport qualité prix. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
