NathanReplacement Bladder - 1.5 Liter (1.5L) / for Hydration Vests, Hydration Pack. Leak Proof. BPA Free!

I used this on my first ultra-marathon. The hose disconnect is very reliable without fear of leaking. My crew would replace the emptied bladder with this one refilled by simply disconnecting the hose while I kept wearing my Nathan hydration vest. This saved me time at the water stations. The top closure is very secure, as well. I really like that the bladder can be turned inside out to clean and dry!My only critique is the bladder does move/jostle in my hydration vest, but that’s more a reflection of the vest than the bladder.

This was a great replacement bladder for my older Nathan bladder. I filled this up with my electrolyte water and had no issues with leakage. The seal on top really keeps the fluids inside the bladder. I have taken this on long run and it has worked like a charm. I am so happy I found a replacement bladder here on Amazon!

As others have commented, it's missing the piece to connect the hose to the bladder. In addition, the bladder was sealed at the top so there was no way to open it to fill it (yes, I removed the slider lock) - what I got was literally a useless piece of junk. Not sure if there are knock-offs or offloaded defectives, but I did not get a functional hydration bladder.

I purchased this to go along with my Nathan VaporKrar Hydration Pack. That pack comes with two 20 ounce bottles that you wear on the front. After running with this bladder, I have come to prefer using the bladder instead of the front-connected bottles for my middle distance runs. Having the added weight of the fluid on the back is more comfortable on the front.As for the bladder itself, I have no complaints. It is easy to fill up and clean and never leaks. The top of the bladder completely opens allowing for quick filling and, once done, you can just as easily put paper towels inside to help dry it out. The top is folded over and a hard clip is slid across reinforced tabs to ensure everything is locked tight.

EDIT: customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue, so I applaud and appreciate the customer service.Since this is not eligible for returns I’ll submit a review. This didn’t come with a hose, which is included in the product description. Why would I want a bladder without the hose? This is completely unusable and will now require me to spend extra money for something that was supposed to be included.

Doesn't leak and the mouthpiece works well - the two most important features for me. Works well for my needs of a smaller water bladder to fit in a large fanny pack.

Really easy to clean. I use this every weekend and never run out of water on my Sunday runs thanks to this!

Works perfectly, easy to clean because you can remove the tube, doesn’t make the drink taste funny. What more do you need?

I had to replace my previous Nathan bladder - which I loved - and ordered this one thinking it would be just as fabulous. I had to go to YouTube to find out how to actually open it - ironically the video I found was created by another user who had the exact same problem. The bladder leaks when I run because the connection of the tube to the bladder is not as secure as the previous models were. I would not buy this product again.
