Kiri [DVD]

Gritty & gripping. Really enjoyed it.

180 minutes and we watched it in one evening; unusual for us. Great story, good mystery and excellent cast. Great acting as well. Bit surprised by the ending. I had it narrowed down to two suspects and then the third one popped into my head near the end....and I was right. Sarah Lancashire is a great actress and enjoy her work. The actor that played Simon did an outstanding job as well.

Kiri was an amazing series although it was about the true abduction of Kiri Akindele set in Bristol. I can only think that Sarah Lancashire portrayed the Social Worker involved, very well, although I didn't know too much about exactly what went on at the actual time. It is definitely worth watching and seeing how it all unfolds.

Good DVD. I like Sara Lancashire...made a good Social Worker and presented accurately the situations that occur during fostering and adoption! Well worth watching!

Solid plot. Great acting.

Always love Sarah Lancashire.
