Is this TC Mic. Mechanic an acceptable phantom power source? The blue light on the mic does not light but I still get an acceptable level to my amp.

Yes! The TC puts out 24V which will power the mic just fine but it works better at 48V. This sucks because most new devices only put out 24V and at only 24V the light doesn't come on.

Is this wireless or does it have to be plugged into an amp or computer, I am just buying it for singing personally

XLR from Microphone to input. Great microphone for the price.  If you are looking to plug into computer or 1/4 inch jack, you are better off with a different product.

Any experience with this mic recording acoustic guitar?

Yes (a lot).  I have many 300s and they are a "ok" recording option (I think a good quality large diaphram is a much better choice but much more money and not nearly as versatile).  I have used them in vocals, cello, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and piano.  Our drums are electric, so no experience there though I think they would work ok.  If you are going to record an acoustic guitar, best to point one at at the 12th fret and a second at the bridge.  It will give you a full sound.  Note that in a recording situation, it is generally frowned upon to use the pickup in an acoustic guitar (as I have seen mentioned here and elsewhere).  Your best sound will always be miking it.  Guitar pickups are for live performances - not recording... and one of my guitars is a Taylor 814ce so I am not mentioning that because I have a cheap guitar.  Also, if you are any kind of serious about recording, consider a relatively low cost Large Diaphram Condenser Mic (like the Rode NT1/NT1A).  It will really bring out the sound better than these mics are capable of.  If you only want "one" mic, stick with something like the Blue 300 (here) as it is more versatile.  I have also used the 300 in many live performances and it is my go-to mic of choice (versus the NT1A which is way too sensitive and was not made for that use).  Hope that helps.
